David was really helpful! I was so scared due to my credit and trade in. He calmed me as much as he could but I'm very happy with my new car! Reuben was amazing in getting me approved! Shawn was my finance person and really assisted the best he could! I'll be back!!!

Waist of time! They mislead my wife... Jerrilynm had my wife all excited. That she was approved with 0down. No matter what her credit score was. JERRILYNM manager would get her in a car that same day. No matter! !!!. I took half a day off from work. For this BS.
What a pleasant and easy purchasing experience. At the Dallas location, Nisa was courteous and helpful throughout the buying process. She was thorough in showing me the models, and helped me decide on just the right one (Outlander Sport ES). The only decision I had to make was the color (Octane Blue, like that's really a choice). Victor even did the leg work on the phone to get my vehicle from another location. Lastly, Sean, the Finance Manager, showed me the savings that he was able to pass on - and he was very easy to talk with. There was not a second where I felt the typical sales pressure from anyone in the staff. Thank you for removing all of the stresses about purchasing a new vehicle, and making me feel like I was the only customer there. Don Herring Mitsubishi on Marvin D. Our salesperson, Sam J, was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle(s) that we were looking at and was extremely helpful in getting us in our new car! She went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and had all the information that we needed to make the decision to buy our car. She was very funny, always smiling and was extremely patient with my husbands weird sense of humor and our witty banter. A huge thanks also goes out to Sean Allen who helped us with our financing.. He was AWESOME too!

Service department was very kind and informative. The sales department person I talk to was David and he was so nice and helpful. I did not purchase a vehicle and I opted out of repairing mine that I brought into the service department. But my overall experience was very pleasant I would do business with them again.
William, customer service skills are impeccable and if it wasn't for him. I don't think I would have my car serviced there. He explains in details what my car needs and what's wrong with it. He always has a pleasant smile and great attitude even if I have a million questions.
