They follow me everywhere I go in my own neighborhood. I take out the trash they feel the need to sit and watch me do it until I walk in my house that's when they leave. I go outside to pick up an order from the delivery man, they'll roll up, stop. Watch me and once again not leave until I go in my house. When I notice them following me they'll stop and act as if they weren't following me. Wait until I get a certain distance and then try to stealthly follow me again. When I look back again, it's the same tactic. They stop and look the other way. I pay too much in rent in my own neighborhood to be treated like an outsider or a criminal. They've never even caught the person who stole my bike outside my backyard two years ago but they want to stalk me walking to and from my mailbox. They also don't do this with non-black residents. I've seen them purposely not follow a non-black resident when they left their house at night but they'll follow me in a heart beat. I only gave them 1 star because 0 isn't an option and I couldn't leave this review without it. "Leave a complaint" is what people are going to tell me but they'll just ignore it or question my authenticity. I wouldn't be leaving this very lengthy post had they not racially profiled me for years. From here on out I'm taking my phone out and recording the evidence. If they feel some type of way about it then they shouldn't be following me or any other black person simply because they're prejudice.

Longwood security police is definitely highly skilled for f**king in the stairway. When resident called them about party noise complaint, they definitely came but didn't stop the party. He was just f**king in the stairway with one of the girl at the party. One thing I really don't understand why did he want to f**k a 200 lbs ugly old fat girl??

Best in the business these are highly trained Special Police officers. They form partnerships within the community, with the common goal being to improve the quality of life for all of those who live upon, visit and work on the properties they serve. They are the Elite in the industry.

Security officer highly skilled. They will go ever to help you. I recommend this company.

Longwood Security unlawfully towed my car half hour after I arrived home from work (12:30 am). I parked in handicap spot & my placard was visible like always. After several phone calls I was told Longwood will pay for the tow & have it towed back to my residency. Speaking to the jerk security of his wrong doing they will not pay tow fee but willing to take me to get my car which is out of the norm for them to do. Call Longwood again finally the jerk security came to my house (7:00 pm) take me to pick up my car plus pay tow fee. Tow company informed me Longwood Security made same mistake few times before & told security they see my placard & willing to tow my car back without tow fee if they contact me which they never did. Spoke to commander he was VERY unprofessional on the phone & taking security side in fact jerk security story did not match with tow driver story. Also, I had to be at work at 8 am took a taxi ($13.85) no speak on reimbursement. Longwood Security SUCKS !!!!

Officers can improve more in terms of professionalism

Very selfish company, they do NOT care about their employees what so ever. Worst security company I ve ever experienced.

Very unprofessional guards. Aggressive for no reason. No provocation to an older female guard giving me an attitude, her male counterpart was equally annoyed.

Situation was as followed; at a convention, line is running smooth. We continue through the path and I take out my pass while wearing a wrist band. She's upset the pass is not around my neck. Pass doesn't have to be out until we get to the opposite end of the building. No signs for priority entrance. I dont immediately proccess what she says which leads her to tell me in a tone to get the headphones out of my ears. "I heard you i just didnt realize i had priority entrance." "Put it on and go says the male partner."

Please do not hire them for your accounts. This convention is packed with people bumping into each other and everyone is crazy positive and polite. Longwood's attitude has been bothering me for a couple hours now.
