So I had a problem with my purchase the first time I order something from Mod Bargains. A guy named Kevin was extremely helpful and fixed my order. So I decided to give these guys another chance, but this time I got screwed over by a girl name Allison. I ordered some H&R spacers and my total came out to about $307 with free shipping and I even recieved a email with an invoice saying that s how much I was gonna be charged , but it was declined due to address mismatch. So I called and talked to a girl named Allison and got my order fixed , but she failed to tell me that I was gonna be charged an extra $35 for shipping instead of free shipping. I found out the next day by looking at my email and recieving another invoice this time with a different amount of about $342. I tried calling to cancel my order because I thought I was gonna be charged $307 with free shipping not $342. Since the order had been shipped I couldn t cancel it and now I m being forced to pay a 25% restocking fee and I m gonna lose some money. Allison didn t even try to make it right or even apologize for the inconvenience. They are now 2 for 2 on messing up my order I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone.
