The thin crust pizza was awesome. My husband had the Calexico, which was good, but my Dillon James was amazing! We also had a really good cookie milkshake. The staff was quick and friendly, they gave my infant daughter a side of grilled chicken for free when I offered to buy some.

It took a really long time and there werent tons of customers. The workers were talking to one another non-stop and paying no attention to the customers. I wasn't given the opportunity to add custom ingredients to my pizza because they never stopped talking and looked at me. They overcooked our pizzas. I noticed they we're not putting pizzas in and taking them out with any regularity which makes me think they need better training.

I want to like Mod. I really do. I went down at 11:30, waited in line 30 minutes then waited around another 15 for my food. $20 for a small pizza, small salad, and a drink. I guess I didn't need a pizza AND a salad AND a diet coke, but how else would I make myself believe that I can cancel out the pizza calories if not by consuming more calories and chemicals? The people are great and friendly and the place is clean and convenient, so at least you get that.

Great pizza! Crispy thin crust that holds up pretty well (and I don't usually like thin crust). As many toppings as you want for the same price too. Came around noon on a workday -- wait wasn't that long, which was nice. Good value! I'd recommend coming here. Love that they've got dairy-free cheese!

Very good pizza, simple is effective, we chose the size and toppings that we want to add if you want to have a pizza to measure! The service is fast on the other hand it closes a little early so I find I pay attention to the time before I get starved and can not order.

Great food at an incredibly fair price! Unlimited topping 9" thin crust personal-sized pizza for just under $7! Incredibly speedy service even on a abnormally busy lunch rush. Easily one of my favorite places, let alone pizza places, in town thus far. Highly recommended.

Cool concept but poor execution. Both of my pizzas were missing toppings (so they quickly gave us a free pizza card which made me realize it must be easier to hand those out than read the order sheet while they are making it the first time) and i didnt order my $7 mini salad until i got to the register so he asked if i just want a "simple salad"? I said sure to make it easy. They put a couple pieces of spring mix lettuce and a pile of roasted bell peppers. My bad for not knowing how to order, but I still paid $7 for a useless side dish. They were obviously very busy at that moment so I didn't go ask for a do-over or a "free salad" card because, since I am only visiting, I probably won't waste my few eat out opportunities to go back. All said with my "experience", the actual pizza was good! (But it would have been better if it had the jalapenos i wanted!)

When ever I am in Seattle I gotta go to MOD pizza. Amazing concept, you always feel that you're getting the biggest bang for your buck. You can be adventurous and create pizzas with unlimited toppings that can be an work pizza art. When I say unlimited toppings, it's truely unlimited no fine prints. Toppings are unique too, like spicy chicken sausages, spicy chickpeas, corn to name few. All these for just one price $8.87

With pizza, the crust is everything. Since it was only okay, I can't give it higher. That said the staff is first rate; if you want okay pizza in the downtown core with fast & friendly service, then eat here. It's a good place for a rendezvous.

This was the first place we ate in Seattle. I was not really impressed the Crest is really ultra thin there is a little cheese a little sauce I wasn't a big fan of the sauce the pizza just quite honestly is boring and it seemed to me like it was way too salty. It is convenient it's a good atmosphere and environment for the most part.

Really clean, went during a slower time. My order got messed up, but they were friendly and fixed it right away. Various types of pizzas and salads and beverages They don't charge extra for multiple toppings. One crust style which is thin. Smells a bit odd but the pizza tasted good. Garlic strips were ok, just too much of something .

Pretty solid for a fast food staple. This location is often busy enough to warrant a line out the door and thirty minute wait for food sometimes at the lunching hour. They are much less busy in the evening.

Most of your experience here really depends on the staff. Most are extremely nice and helpful and make your pizza exactly how you want it quickly and accurately. Occasionally one of the staff will be in a noticeably bad or rushed mood, and will try to push you along as quickly as they can and not really pay attention to what you are asking. Overall a very fast, cheap and quality place to eat.

Great place. Pizza made to order. Salad made to order. Simply tell the line what you want on it and they will make it for you. I had the seasonal pizza called the Phoenix this time around and an Alaskan White Ale. Delicious.

Been going to MOD pizzas all over the place for some time and this one was decent, but with some room for improvement. Ordered 2 pizzas, one of which was a standard menu recipe, but only about half the items listed were included. No big deal, my bad for not paying attention, the pizzas were still decent. The first 2 crew members were a bit abrupt and were anything but rainbows and unicorns. The rest of the staff I interacted with were more like the chill, easy going vibe that I've come to expect from MOD. Overall, not a bad experience, just not the 5 star experience I've had at MODs everywhere else.

With a heavy drizzle outside, we didn t want to head too far from our hotel. We were recommended to try out MOD, especially with wide options for vegetarians. We were not disappointed as we landed in MOD and chose the option to do a customised Pizza with our choice of sauce, and ingredients that go on top. I did order the fresh garlic strips, which I chose along with red sauce. It was nice & beautifully warm, crispy & tasted deliciously good. A place for some awesome pizza & great sides, definitely a must visit if you are around this part of town.
