Paid $83 to leave with multiple painful cuts that turned to scabs. I messaged them privately on social media to tell them that although I loved the design that they should be mindful in the future for clients who are paying for a service. (Not to mention multiple cuts during a pandemic) I waited almost a week to give them a chance to check messages and respond, but I never received any sort of acknowledgement although they continue to post.

The design was cute- I even posted on social media and the people inside seemed friendly, however, it seems like once they were paid they didn't care to acknowledge constructive feedback.
