Mobilyte is a place were you will find unprofessional environment. The top management is very unprofessional(Does not stick to their statements). No fix timings. First they will say 9 hours shift but once you join, you will have to work for 12 hours a day. The top management does not value their employees and force them to work late night. Only one thing is good their office space and nothing else. I would not recommend this company.
You never know the level of waters till you dont step into them.Well, Mobilyte was my truly my second home.Its a good company and gives one autonomy to work and learn.Coworkers and management believe in open door policy.I miss working here.
It was a 2nd round telephonic discussion with mobilyte panel (last digit 6393).pretty much punctual fellow schedule time was 11pm he started call 10.50pm to start.Horrible voice with echo effect means eveyline need to repeat one more time than guess and answer.With these things also attitude of panel is another disgusting thing.Within 10mint he able to judge me and stopped.Positive attitude is admirable and an example to others but wrong attitude no word...

Hostile Environment. Frequent change of staff leading to misunderstandings and dirty office politics. People are inexperienced and not able to help in any form. Work is being pushed on to interns. Not a happy place to work in. My friend used to work here and he was totally devastated while he was there.

I have joined company on 15 january 2018 at the time of joining they mentioned that you will confirmed with in three months. But after three months they makes excuses on confirmation and salary hike .I really recommend not to join this organisation. Worst expirence, fake commitments totaly frauds.

I worked at Mobilyte full-time (More than a year)Manager does not know how to run a project. Non technical day team manager won't understand any technical issues, shameless manager and still Manager has full control on Appraisal system and policies. HR is mere spectator. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault. Expect to work during weekend without any extra benefit....

I have worked for this company for one year. I would say worst company from my last 7 years career. They says to everyone to confirm with in six months then they extend the probation period. They fire many employees every year on spot without any information. They pressurize people to work in night shift even female employees also. Some time salary even not credited in account on time. Company name changes twice in a year. Giving 2-5% appraisal.
I was an hired as an intern in this company. Left the company within 9 months. I would not recommend anyone; neither an experienced professional nor an intern to work in this company, especially in the night shift, as the working environment here(excluding some senior members and HR) is not good.

Totally worst HR & Interview process, hr will keep on calling you to remind about the interview, but interviewer never calls back, My question, if your interviewer not serious at all about the process then why you guys are conducting interviews to make people fool & wasting times .Trust me guys it happened two times with me and it's a genuine review.
