I have worked for this company for one year. I would say worst company from my last 7 years career. They says to everyone to confirm with in six months then they extend the probation period. They fire many employees every year on spot without any information. They pressurize people to work in night shift even female employees also. Some time salary even not credited in account on time.
Company name changes twice in a year. Giving 2-5% appraisal.
