On hold for over 45 minutes just to speak to someone. This is ridiculous!!

Just a typical government office building. Parking lot fills up fast so you may have to do a bit of walking.

I sent a check in to the Department of Health and Senior Services it was an application for a vital record they cashed my $15 check immediately it's been over 2 months now and I still have not gotten the result I called their office and spoke to a man who said it's 12 to 16 weeks this is unacceptable hence a one-star rating they deserve less

Can't get anyone to answer the phone. The robo assistant transfers the call then after ringing 5 - 10 times automatically hangs up.

They refuse to make any real decisions to keep our state and it s citizens safe. They are worried about backlash from business leaders, but not for the citizens that need their assistance.

The first time I called it was helpful, but when transferred to make the report I got disconnected. When I called back 3 women couldn't help me get to a person to make a report. Yelling over shoulder asking other people. Then I called back trying to get the first lady and low and behold at 3:30pm the office was closed but the hours are until 5pm. And it was not a holiday or weekend. Wednesday ladies....learn your job. We call you to help our loved one's and people or friend's in need. WAKE UP!

Came in from Kansas City to obtain a single status Affidavit walked right in, filled out my application and she got right to it. Very satisfied.
