The first time I called it was helpful, but when transferred to make the report I got disconnected. When I called back 3 women couldn't help me get to a person to make a report. Yelling over shoulder asking other people. Then I called back trying to get the first lady and low and behold at 3:30pm the office was closed but the hours are until 5pm. And it was not a holiday or weekend. Wednesday ladies....learn your job. We call you to help our loved one's and people or friend's in need. WAKE UP!
