My family and I have always received a professional and friendly service from Lauren and her team at Haven over the last eight years.

We had to move during the lockdown because of a fire. Haven were brilliant, very helpful while following all the rules. All little snags sorted despite the difficulties of lockdown. We re very grateful to Lauren and the team, they went out of their way to help when we really needed it.

We have found a property to buy through the agency. Not sure whether they don't check paperwork or just have done this intentionally, but the lease extension was about to be completed in 4 weeks as per the agent. After the offer was accepted our solicitors have checked the status and nothing really was done till the day. 3 months later, due to lack of any progress with the lease extension we have decided not to proceed. We have incurred quite significant legal costs due to misrepresentation of flat's legal status (stage of lease extension) by the agency. Would not recommend them!
