MLS has been a great partner. The very rare occasion we need assistance, usually having to do with our side, not theirs, the issues are resolved and we are fixed quickly and efficiently. We are very please with the service and professionalism of the entire staff.
The service was outstanding and immediate! Our company used to be with Managed Solutions and it might take a couple of hours for a ticket to be issued and for a call back from IT support. Both Isaiah and Brendan were able to walk me through the solution process and I was able to use the camera on my phone to show my screen which was fantastic. Keep up the great and superior work!
