The service was outstanding and immediate! Our company used to be with Managed Solutions and it might take a couple of hours for a ticket to be issued and for a call back from IT support. Both Isaiah and Brendan were able to walk me through the solution process and I was able to use the camera on my phone to show my screen which was fantastic. Keep up the great and superior work!
