Purchased a property in Plover's Nest, unfortunately the damping issues could only be seen in raining season. This is really bad and no quick fix as it is in all bedrooms, bathrooms and living room. Water building up in the cavity of the wall and nowhere to go but inside the house.

Food was good, but the services were bad. We waited for our breakfast more than 40 minutes.

There is a nice restaurant called Lake House at the clubhouse now. Really good pizza. Great views of the area and a lovely walk around the little lakes

Beautiful surroundings and neat well designed apartments. Especially grest views from second floor appartment. I am amazed at how quickly it is filling up. Very serene.

Visited a friend, beautifulviews when taking a walk to see the restaurant , love all the greenery in the complex very strict security, they scan you ID on arrival and leaving, home visited was on the ground floor at the end, had lotsa light and Beautiful gardens

Did not like the ambiance, food and service was non-existent. I won't go there again.

Very nice estate with lots of young families. Great access control at the gate as well.

I would think twice before renting there, it is situated right across the road from Nomzamo & Zola, when the residents there get annoyed with bad service etc., they destroy the robots burn tyres etc., moving all the way down to the only entrance & exit to Somerset Lakes.
