I was pretty worried with all the reviews about online purchasing that these customers had. I had already ordered the juices I bought by the time I got around to the reviews! But the shipping was WAY faster than I thought it would be. I was also very pleased to see how good the flavors were! The juice bottles were WAY larger than I expected them to be though. Not a bad thing, but wow! One bottle was the size of my hand! Great service, very pleased!
Good prices and flavor of juice. Awesome staff that'll lead you in the right direction whether it's your first time buying or an experienced vapor.
Friendly, helpful staff. Some times they can be out of product, but that doesn't stop me from shopping with them on a regular basis.

The liquid was decent, but customer service is awful. Tried to get a coupon code to work with no luck. Emailed back and forth to get it to work. They treated me like an idiot. Asking me if I spelled it right, try a different browser, told me how many people it did work for, assuming I m that I m the one moron that can t figure out how to put a code in. Did not work on Mac, pc, iPad, and iphone and used three different browsers. Even had my wife try at work on another computer. No luck! They made me feel stupid and said they couldn t do anything on their side. Then no more response to my emails. Was really looking forward to supporting a local company. Obviously they don t want my business and I recommend not giving them yours. Epic fail.

It's been over a month since I have placed my order. They have provided plenty of excuses tho. At this point I think I may be out on my 115.00. The site has said shipped for weeks . They won't provide me with a tracking number. I wouldn't suggest anyone order from them.

Terrible! New ownership has driven this company into the ground. They take your money but don t ship your order. Taking legal action at this point, as I know many others are as well.

I also ordered Nov 6th 2018 and still have not received my order. While I've used the company for at least a year now with no problems and would have given 5 stars previously I can't right now. I did however receive an email back from them saying that they had an unforseen legal issue and that all orders are ready but they are waiting on a judge to give them permission to ship them. Has me worried, was the only place I could find for DIY prefix. Hope we all are not out of our hard earned money.

I ordered vape juice for my boss in February and have requested a tracking number numerous times and have emailed and called and left messages many many times and nobody is getting back to me! I have not received the product and I don't believe I will receive it because I now believe I have been scammed!!! Good juice at a good price. I can get better deals online, but only by ordering in bulk in advance. Trust me it gets daunting predicting what flavors and nic level you will want next year.

Order placed and paid for online on November 4th, 2018. Funds were taken out of our account but as of 11/26/2018, we have not received the product and we are having a hard time getting a hold of anyone at this company.

In an effort to steer away from smoking cigarettes, I was referred to this place. I am thoroughly satisfied. The store is clean, inviting, and the employee that helped me purchase my first vape was awesome and very helpful. I highly recommend this place.
Juice is good however if you're buying online be prepared to wait 2 weeks or more for your order. Just can't justify it given the price and won't be buying again.
I ordered July 24. It is October 9th. I received 1 bottle of my 15 bottle order. I paid 187. For my last order and I'm still waiting for 14 bottles. No correspondence from them whatsoever as to why the delay. NOT HAPPY! At this point just give me my money back!

Had to wait another 4 days for remainder to come but not without having to take several pictures of their box and Packaging to show proof? My husband and I are from Grand Rapids. He's been stationed out-of-state for about 13 years, since 2008. We found out about the company from someone he worked with a while back who was, coincidentally, also from Grand Rapids. We've been ordering from them from several years. Since before they had to shut down oroginally, and during covid, we've been ordering from them. **They've always done their best to respond to inquiries, fill and ship orders as soon as possible, and address any issues we've had with shipping to Hawaii. Getting things shipped here is a nightmare a lot of times.
We look into supporting local business from home first and wherever we can, but we're also thankful for the work ethic and quality of the local businesses we've found. We appreciate the quality and consistency of their product, and we appreciate them being willing to ship to us when many companies will not ship to Hawaii and Alaska from the states.
I've read through previous reviews and I can respect the grivences people have voiced. However, I can attest to the quality of the product and the company, and we'll continue to use them. I suggest to you, whoever is reading this, place an order and give them a shot because you won't be disappointed.

Mitten Vapors is hugely responsible for my success in quitting smoking. They have quality eliquid at a low price with some of the best customer service in the industry. I originally found Mitten Vapors online 2 years ago and was impressed by the eliquid I received. My husband and I visited the Division location while on vacation in Michigan and were both blown away by the cleanliness of the store, the selection of eliquid and hardware and the friendliness of the very knowledgeable staff. Their eliquid is produced in an iso7 clean room that the owner was kind enough to show us on our visit.
I can not recommend Mitten Vapors enough to anyone in need of quality eliquid. In my experience you can find decent eliquid at a low price or you can find amazing customer service but it's rare to find both in one company. Mitten Vapors does it all.. and then some.

Ordered juice online the order was not correct. Have called there four times to get it fixed only to be told I have to talk to Jake. Called there Friday like I was asked to only to find out Jake had the day off and was told Jake will call me Monday morning. No shocker he didn't call. Very bad customer service! !

Placed an order, and received two emails. One saying my order was confirmed (no tracking number given), and one saying it was complete a week later. I emailed them asking for assistance and received no response. Would not recommend purchasing online.

I quit smoking in favor of vaping almost 2 months ago. This company and is staff is a huge part of how I'm still going strong. Very knowledgeable, very kind, and always looking towards customer service first. Best juices I've ever tasted, at very good prices for the high quality. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get into vaping.
They drink on the job they under pay their employees they don't help you when you have a problem with your vape their juice sucks just a terrible place period
Used to get my ejuice from these guys and would get it in the mail. Last time I ordered which was early April, I figured I would get it again, I was wrong. Four months later, I'm still out 80.00 and no juice. At this point, I have given up. At least I can write a review and warn others about getting ripped off. Its funny these clowns don't fulfill your order but still have their website up taking payments. Just stay away, its a scam now. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Thats the last money your getting from me.
Mitten Vapors makes some really great e-liquid! I love the pistachio ice cream. My only complaint is that their prices are more expensive in store than online. I bought a couple of 30ml bottles in store and then checked online and they're selling the same ones for a few dollars cheaper. Even with shipping it's a little cheaper to order online and have it shipped a few blocks over to my place. So if you like their juice you might as well save some time, gas, and money and just have them ship it to you. Definitely one of the best e-liquid producers in the area though!
