So i order a medium Pizza and Italian sub at 9:21pm it is now 10 minutes till midnight and still no pizza or sub.
Just ordered a veggie sub and it got here fast and it's nice and hot. Kudos
Well my first order was late and I'm a truck driver so couldn't wait 2 hrs so I pulled out BUT they did tell me that they was sorry and put the money back on my card and told me when I was back in town it was on them so in the end it was good thanks Donatos

Ordered delivery, 2 later a called and they said I placed an order for carry out. Then they said they change it for delivery and charged me on like normal, and said it be about 45 min then I get the food 15 min and it's cold so they had brought me the same pizza they made 2-3 hour ago and I guess had it stored in a freezer because food was cold. I tipped witch I regret. I expected the food to be good quality and hot, but it was nether.
Pizza not cooked evenly and wasn't as crisp as usual
I ordered a pizza and a few other things from this restaurant around 10 pm and it said the wait time would be 2:38 AM. Originally I wanted to cancel the order, but there is no way to cancel online, so I called on the phone. I waited for 10 minutes on hold and hung up and waited another 15 minutes again. So I just kept the order because no one answered the phone.It is now 3:05 AM and I am still waiting. There is no reason that the wait time should be this long. The pizza still has not come and we are tired and hungry with no refund or anything, very disappointed in Donatos.
The online order app works well, but choose "light bake" because the crust is burned otherwise!

Terrible, terrible, terrible. We ordered 45.00 in pizza on 12/23/2019. We understood they were busy. After the 1 1/2 hour wait the pizzas arrived COLD ! Could NOT eat them.We live 2 minutes away. We called, told them our problem. They offered to remake. Oh, it will be another hour or longer. They gave us a credit of 25.00 for a future visit. So I am out 20.00. Reluctantly, we ordered again 1/3/2020 The pizzas came very fast, like 15 minutes. My wife and daughters pizza....no complaints very good. My pizza was missed cut. And I was only able to eat the outer edge before it would need re-cut. Instead I found a very long hair in my pizza. I don't have long hair. Another pizza thrown away. Just terrible, terrible, terrible. Another 20.00 for my pizza and trashed again. Did not bother calling. Terrible.
I have been eating here for some years now and the service never fails whether I pick up or it's delivered. Food is always hot and made correctly and staff is VERY friendly.
Bad food cold and not done all the way the big don was drowned in dressing and the pizza was on the top of the box
Ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and sauce due to the fact that they don't putt enough on their pizza. I called and told them I wanted my pizza edge to edge with pepperoni when I picked up the pizza I could barely see pepperoni on the pizza!
Asked for extra sauce.....they put it on top because they forgot it. Who does that? Just remake the pizza. I'll be looking for a new location.
Paid extra for toppings on salad and of course wasn't right. Took forever to get and pizza was ice cold.
Today was my third vist here. "ROMY" was my server again and she was great. Food was hot and delicious. Store was nice and clean but the bathroom could use a little attention. ROMY's (sorry if i mispelled your name) customer service was amazing. I also noticed her name tag says "since 2014". To the management: She is a asset to your organization.
I order from here quite regularly, mostly at night. The 2 times I've ordered during the day, the food has been absolutely horrible. Half good asiago cheese bread, giving me the wrong pizza, under cooked chicken wing and burnt subs. If you do order from here, only do it past 8 or 9pm, because that's when the food is actually good.
Pizza taste great. But, We ordered a small. Didn't check the size. It was basically a personal size pizza. My mistake. Just want to warn others!
Ordered full rub chipotle traditional wings and I must say Amazon I'm a truck and these are in my top 3 best wings

This Donatos is always consistent in salads. They are always fresh, filled to the top and the staff is great at the drive thru window
Excellent location. They did a great job with the pizza and my apple pie. Their apple pie is amazing! The food was fresh and hot. Will be back!!! P.S- please make sure to tip your delievery driver, server and cashier. They deserve it! I used to work as a driver before.
I haven't had donatos pizza in almost 7 years...there was a reason...we ordered it tonight..bad decision...my pizza came half cooked and we picked it up at the exact time it said to..my pizza was cold and like I said half cooked...then the icing on the cake was the fact I ordered extra sauce and they obviously forgot I ordered it and then remembered after and proceeded to pour sauce on top of my pizza...I have never seen anything like that before...I only gave two starz because my fiance's pizza was at least hot..I'll never order from them again...can't believe I gave them another chance

The worst service ever from this location..I called in an order and receive the price,when i went through express pickup they had no record of my order. I have be coming to this location for 8 years snd never ever had that problem...mindless crew really surprised at donatoes...been eating their pizza over 20 years...sad the way service is now...

Location gave my food to someone else and made me wait for it to be made again only offering a free two liter to make up for it. When asked if I could receive partial refund or future, I was told by two managers that their hands are tied unless I returned the food that was just made for me. EDIT: I did as asked and never heard back. I had reached out about this issue on several platforms and nothing has been done regarding this.
Pizza was good as usual but they don't carry the Donatos cheese sauce for bread sticks???? I was so disappointed.

Got subs right an the wings right but the girl at drive through didn't give us the pizza. Now have to wait 45 min for delivery. Can't they get it right for once. Well went here again yesterday ordered 2 big don subs with lots of onion. There was no onion at all an very soggy they wrapped them again in foil. If i could give thos place a minus stars i would. Some of the workers there can not comprehend what you say. They do what they want when you place a oreder. Im calling corporate office. Im so tired of wasting money here. How hard is it for them to gwt your order right. Its common since.

pizza was good but that's it! took half my lunch break in the pick up window they had my name under Jihad???? and took for ever making sure it was my order then i paid for a 20oz bottle oc Pepsi and was told there was no more cold and got a fountain drink instead for the same price as the 20oz (which took another 5 mins to get the drink) then i asked for parmesan and had to wait several more minutes for her to come back and say there was none!!! needless to say ill never go back
I ordered a veggie pizza and when i recieved it there was mushrooms on my pizza which i hate and there was no spinach! I also asked for 2x banana peppers and there was barely any on it. The wings didnt taste done either. Pretty upset i order there all the time but this is the 3rd time my order got messed up. I dont think i will order from this location any more .
Edge to edge toppings, lots of pepperoni, thin-crust pizza with more than that skimpy layer of cheese some give you, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. 'Murika!
Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service, then realized pizza was burnt when I got it home. Can't call the store to ask for it to be remade correctly (NOT BURNT) because I think my food will be messed with in a disgusting way due to the Poor ATTITUDE of the employees. DON'T waste your $ with this company. Support a small business who cares about customer service.
Yall I'm a truck driver stopped in Obetz, Ohio and ordered the very veggie thin crust pizza and garlic wings. Yall I tell you I was pleasingly surprised how good it was. I will be ordering from hear again.

Food is good, staff is friendly! Make sure they have your order correct though. The past 3 times I've ordered I asked for the Beef Mariachi and they sent the Chicken Mariachi instead.
I remember back in the day Donatos used to be the best pizza out there. The last couple times I have had Donatos on Alum Creek they have messed up my order. The pizza is not good anymore. I ordered a big Don Italian sub, and ham was the only meat on the sub.
Tonight I placed a order for family they told me 90 min the food never showed up I called and they told me they wouldn t bring the food to my place . I had two kids who didn t get to eat until 9:00 at night and that because domino s had the 2 pizza s her In 30 min hot and ready. This company needs to learn something from there Competition the location I ordered from was the dominoes on Lockbourne Avenue . That is customer service

Ordered 2 big Dons, one was supposed to be cold/uncooked. They both showed up not only cooked but on verge of burnt. Bread sticks over cooked as well. Not only did they screw up my dinner, but lunch tomorrow.
1 hour before they close they hang up on me when you call. They probably spit in your food like that guy who went viral at a ball game a few weeks ago. This is probably the food chain. I ain't eating here
When I picked up my order which was 2 Big Dons and a full order of chicken wings with ten minutes of placing the order both were very cold. I had to heat everything up before we could eat. I attempted to call 3 times to complain and it took 30 minutes before the manager answered the phone. I have ordered here in the past and was not happy at all with the quality of my order.
Food was disgusting...Donatos used to be good the quality of of the food has declined. Customer service was terrible as well.

Ordered pizza and wings tonight. Order was supposed to ready at 6:31. I got to the window at 6:40 and it was not done. After waiting another 10 minutes, pizza came out doughy, topping were barely warm. Wings were good. Plenty of employees for game night/New Years, no crowd inside. Drive thru slow, but they are off their game.
Something was very off with the taste of thr the pizza, donatos already has its own unique taste but the pizza we got was not good at all...but the delivery guy was on point and curious.
