At first I thought this was the best job I ever had in my life ! I would hear people and coworkers saying negative things about the company, I would think just do your job and what your suppose to do then you would not have issues with policys and ex.. well long store short an issue Occurred with me in another employee (Male) and I'm Gay . I feel like it was not investigated properly and I feel as i was not treated and a valued employee. Catch this , I called corporate to find out the ethics hotline number , they told me ask hr, hr calls me in and I find out the company's ethics is now managed by HR. The people I want investigated on there findings . Company is not a good environment to be in , disorganized and unprofessional. Stay clear from this place to work if your looking for your career job , my 2 1/2 years was wasted , I quit shortly after all of this . ZERO STAR RATING.
Very rude people to work with.Gate guards,receiving employees, yard jockey. They are all handpicked. Ih forget about it. Nough said. Update!!Two years later same $hithole.
Personnel in the receiving office were polite and professional. Did a drop and hook delivery. Had to move an empty trailer to open a spot for the loaded trailer I was dropping.
I was fired because of COVID-19. I have 4 children at home (2 special needs) that needed cared for due to daycare closures. In March, I was reviewed for a raise. Even though I spent a whole day helping out in a soup kitchen in Urbana, OH, I was told my community involvement was a 2 out of 5. I was graded a total of 2.9 pts. a fraction of a point away from a raise (they did this on purpose) and a fraction of a point from being able to continue to work from home. I worked for this company for 5 years and they pretty much vomit allover us. They do not care for a majority of their employees like they would lead on to believe.
