They think their Toyotas are made of gold. They do not like to negotiate on price, but will if forced to. My Subaru Forester that I purchased in Lubbock before getting the RAV 4 here was a much better deal!

I will not be buying from Mitchell Toyota or any other Toyota dealer since this incident, & I strongly recommend you do the same. I have been paying on my vehicle for 4 months of since I lost it. My GAP insurance I had bought through Mitchell Toyota should have covered it by now nearly 2 months ago, but Mitchell Toyota has held up their end of the process for a WHOLE month since they were fax over my total loss documents from Toyota Financial on the 1st of March & they claimed they NEVER received the documents when I have a copy from Toyota Financial saying they did. On 03/31/2016, Toyota Financial decided to go ahead using the estimate for life insurance refund. Which, begs another question, why didn't Toyota Financial (Toyota Motor Credit Corporation) use the estimate for refund sooner instead of making me wait for nothing? Now, I am being forced to make another payment on 2 vehicles on the 15th of April it is the 3rd payment since the loss on the 29th of December. I was calling everyone including Mitchell Toyota almost every day during the month of March before TMCC used the estimate for the life insurance refund with to NO avail or change in pace to hurry up & issue TMCC the refund.

Scheduled an appointment at 9 am for an oil change and tire rotation. They completed the work at 10:40 am. On the way home I noticed a slight vibration and attributed it to the road. After a sharp turn I knew it wasn't the road pulled over and discovered only 2 of the five lug nuts were on my right front tire. It incurred damage to the lug post. They towed it back and left me with a pos loaner.

Bought my RAV4 here today and it was the smoothest purchase I've ever had. This was car number 10 for me and I plan to have it for a while since already owning a Corolla. The people here didn't rush me or bombard me with take it or leave it quotes. They took my trade in and gave me the numbers up front. The final number they showed me was the number I paid for. This place is a must for those looking for a great deal.

One of the best experiences I've had with a dealership. Patrick was very courteous and helpful, even though I was only there to sell them my truck. He inspected the vehicle, as well as taking some extra notes before giving them to Matt the sales manager. Matt was just as courteous and helpful, stopping by every now and then just to keep us up to date with what was going on and never letting us just sit there and wonder what is going on. They have employees there that have been working for DECADES, meaning not only do they treat their customers well, but also their employees. Even though I was only there to sell them my truck, when I'm going to go buy a new vehicle, they will be the first place I go to because of the service I received.

Mr. Ozuna was my salesman. He showed me the vehicle I was interested in with no pressure. Some dealerships in town are notorious with almost force like pressure to buy. If you are looking for an honest and fair salesperson Juan Ozuna is a great choice. He recently sold my wife and I a Highlander, and his customer service was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles we test drove. When it came time to negotiate, Juan was fair and knew how to compromise. In the end, we got the vehicle we wanted at a reasonable price and received a good deal on our trade-in. I highly recommend Juan and would gladly do business with him again.

called for a trade in with a used car they had on the lot. curtis gave the runaround for 2 days asked for all info which was given . never gave me my trade in value. always busy with his so called walkin customers as it i wasnt one. zero F*&@s given. lack of respect by text and on the phone. arguing with me and telling to listen and cutting me off when he knows better that bullying a customers is the last thing to do especially when you sold the car they were supposed to hold or at least tell you what to do to hold in since you went through all these steps and knew you were interested. all that matter to Toyota Mitchell is make money . Zero customer respect and service. it is a Zero in my book. even the Managed didn't care all he said :" sorry we gave the car to someone else."

I just bought a Rav-4 from Mitchell Toyota. My salesperson was Juan Ozuna. I contacted him by e-mail in early August telling him i was wishing to purchase a Rav-4 and he replied immediately. He searched and for the vehicle and it was purchased on Aug 15, 2020. Juan was professional in his correspondence with me. I told him I preferred email since i work 10 hour shifts . I found him to be polite, and knowledgeable and very efficient in his work. I love my vehicle and all the features I specified. I commend Mitchell Toyota for having someone with the professionalism as Juan.

Horrible experience! Wouldn't give them our business and would not recommend anyone visit this dealership. We found our deal in Abilene and even though it is an hour and a half drive, it was worth it! They are friendlier and really try to work with you to find what is best for you both in vehicle and in price. We have visited Mitchell Toyota Kia twice and we should have learned the first time that they could care less in trying to get your business.

Definitely the best place to shop for a new or used vehicle. Being in sales for most of my life I know the hassles of getting a good deal. Was so surprised and thrilled that there weren't any hassles or going back and forth. Just very simple and straight to the point. Made for a great experience and my sales man, Thor Quintanilla, was extremely knowledgeable about pickup I purchased and his professionalism was the best anyone can ask for when making a decision on such a big investment. Currently living out of town but for the service and experience I'd gladly make the drive back to Angelo for next purchase and recommend anyone looking to upgrade to do the same and go see Thor.

Brought my car in to get a piece of door trim that was damaged by a tech on a prior visit to this dealership. Made my appointment at 2pm but it was then moved to 3pm without notice. Once I arrived I was told that it would only take up to 1 hour to fix the simple door trim. After waiting for more than an hour without an update, I finally went and asked for an update and was told my car wouldn t be done until some time after 5pm as it was just now getting pulled in to get worked on after being here for more than an hour. I wish they would have been upfront about how long it would have taken or upfront about how long it would take to get the car seen. I have now wasted all this time waiting for them to fix a mistake that was made by them when I brought my car in for its 5k check a couple days ago when they originally scratched the car.

Just bought a 2015 Toyota Highlander and my family loves it! Juan Ozuna, our salesman, made the whole process enjoyable and is an outstanding employee! I know I always dread that "pushy salesman" type but Juan was nothing like that! Great help and very friendly, felt like we had known him for years! This is definitely where I would go and who I recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle. This man won't disappoint!

First, I am a repeat customer. I have purchased or leased three brand new Camry s in a row. Two in a row from Mitchell Toyota; 2010 LE, 2018 SE. Everything was as expected up until a week and a half ago. My 2018 with 9K mikes on it began blaring static from the speakers sporadically it didn t matter what if the radio was even on. If the car was on, the static was there. The volume of the static was nearly unbearable. It was to the point where I could not hear emergency vehicles, road noise, or someone else in the vehicle talk unless they were screaming. This is not an exaggeration. I called the first day it occurred to the service department and was told to make an appt for the following day. No problem. I take it in the next morning and on the drive over, the static stopped and the radio functioned normally. I arrive and was told that because the problem wasn t happening at that moment, my appt was being cancelled. I was told that if it happened again, to immediately bring the car in. Two days passed until the noise occurred again. I couldn t drop what I was doing and drive across town because I have a job that I value. So, I took a 30 second video. Five hours later, I took another 30 second video showing the radio being turned off/on/Bluetooth connected/disconnected/radio station selection. The only thing you could hear was what sounded like a ground wire malfunctioning. Again, because of my job I couldn t drop what I was doing and go to Toyota. So, I called and explained that I had detailed video w/ sound and was told that the mechanic would review it and potentially make a determination as to what was happening the next morning. I show up the next day and explain why I m there. The customer service rep was extremely pleasant and was the highlight of what is an otherwise ridiculous experience. She called up a mechanic to the front so I could explain further. The mechanic asked if the sound was happening right then (of course, the radio was functioning properly at this time), so I was told once more that there was nothing for him to look at. I pull my phone out and tell him I have video. He flat out refused to watch it. The CS rep stepped in and said We have already fixed two Camry s with this same issue, can t you just watch the video to see if it sounds similar? Silence. But, he did glare at the poor woman for a few seconds before telling me to Bring it back later today if it happens again. At that point, my annoyance went through the roof and I protested as nicely as I could without losing my mind. He finally agreed to drive my car for what was about 15-20 minutes to see if he could hear for himself. Of course, nothing. Once again, I leave having wasted time and solving nothing. Three days later I m driving and the sound kicks on. I immediately drive to Toyota and pull up to the service department. A mechanic is called out to listen for himself and in TWO SECONDS, he diagnosed the issue saying Oh yeah, I know exactly what the problem is. A part is ordered and I m told it will be another five days of intermittent ear drum crushing noise and a 4th visit. As I am waiting for this to play out, I place a call to Toyota s Corporate HQs. I am assigned a case manager after explaining everything I explain my frustration and perceived lack of inattentiveness and care toward my time and issue (except for Dawn at Mitchell, she was / is fantastic) and that as a 3x customer, I expect to be treated better than I have been. HQs gives me the same drivel about policy being that a mechanic must see / hear the issue first hand (video doesn t count). For the last 3 days, the sound is now CONSTANT. If the car is on, static is blaring. So, I drove to Honda today, static blaring, and traded for a 2019 Accord Sport. Mitchell is still going to fix the Camry, it ll just be for their rival across town. Never again will I purchase from Mitchell or Toyota. Edit: Terrible response, Mr. Jones. It wasn t the warranty process so much as the back and forth and way I was treated by your staff that drove me to Honda.

Juan Ozuna was my sales representative and helped me get the car that I have been wanting for awhile. Everything was a quick process after I told him what I wanted. I have never owned a Toyota, but I think this was this best decision compared to all the other car places here in town. Everyone in the dealership that I came in contact with was nice and respectful. Usually don't write reviews, and hate car shopping. The first time I went in Thor was very helpful but I just didn't want to buy new. He was never pushy and just let me do my thing. A couple weeks later I found the perfect truck, Thor had it ready to go and we were in and out in no time. Definitely would recommend.

Arrived on day off for simple inspection sticker related to discount ad in newspaper. Noticed the hood was raised on my truck, which seemed unusual for an inspection. Then was informed a new belt would be needed before an inspection sticker could be issued. Of course, this would impose an extra $50. or so. After retrieving my keys visited Fox Auto Service to confirm my suspicions that there was NOTHING wrong with the belt!!! Just saying.....

The best experience I have ever had while looking for a new car. Had my eye on a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport and Abe Stecher provided.
