Mr. Ozuna was my salesman. He showed me the vehicle I was interested in with no pressure. Some dealerships in town are notorious with almost force like pressure to buy. Not here, I was happy to do business locally and I m glad it was here. In the financing department same great service they didn t try to pressure any add on extras. Thanks Toyota
