New from Miami to LA, I had a slipping belt on my Porsche 968. I called several "Porsche-only" shops in the area only to have them tell me they don't service 924/944/968 water cooled Porsches. Both shops recommended Mistress Silverlake. I contacted the owner Tom and was pleasantly surprised that he had the tools, personnel, and knowhow to work on these Transaxle Porsches so I drove from West Hollywood to his conveniently located service center in Silverlake. The shop was immaculate and you could tell the people there oozed knowledge about all things Porsche. He had my belt tightened and my car CA Smog checked at a center down the street in a little over an hour even with all his lifts full and busy with other cars. There were all manner of beautiful Porsches in his shop and lining the street in front so I could immediately tell I had made a great call seeing all of these "local" cars at the place. It's a newer, boutique PORSCHE ONLY shop that caters to those who really enjoy service done right from people who are truly as passionate as I am about the brand so forgive the place for not having a ton of reviews yet, but mark my words, they will be getting many more positive ones as time marches on. Thanks guys - I'll be back!
