Awful took 3 weeks to get my car from montreal . Then it was dented. Now no answer passed around office. Some woman named jeanny never gets back to you.

I would not recommend this company for anyone looking to transport their vehicles with satisfaction and ease. The customer service (especially Jeanie) was very poor and unprofessional. I ve been trying to book my car shipment from Manitoba to BC for over a month now. I started off by calling and sending emails to later realize i had to keep reintroducing myself, our previous arrangements and details of my vehicle. It was extremely frustrating not receiving updates on the status on truckers or being asked to rebook appointments for useless reasons. Please save yourselves time, money and stress and try another service company.

I needed help last minute to get my fathers vehicle shipped from Winnipeg to Calgary after he suffered a stroke. I had booked originally with Shiply but they dropped the ball and weren't able to get the job done. I called Canadian Fleet Services instead and spoke with Jeannie. She was extremely helpful, made arrangements quickly and easily and they picked up the vehicle in Winnipeg and had it dropped off to me in Calgary a week later with no issues. What had originally been a hassle with Shiply was so much easier with CFS. I recommend them for any vehicle transport needs.

THEY HAVE SHIPPED MY CAR TWICE TO OTTAWA AND BOTH TIMES, IT WAS RIGHT ON TIME AND IN PERFECT SHAPE!

Utmost unprofessionalism and complete lack of customer care. I had been in contact with Jeanie a week and a half prior to shipping two cars from Manitoba to Ontario and the day before my cars were to be dropped off for shipment, I called Jeanie to confirm details as requested by her and I was told my cars will not be shipped because their truck didn't arrive. Despite Jeanie knowing this information, there were no efforts made to contact me. I had made all arrangements to get these cars shipped and last minute the company flopped. Beyond unreliable.

EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED and RUDE customer service!!!

My vehicle was quoted to arrive in Winnipeg within 5-7 business days. It did not arrive in the first week, called the company and the lady I was speaking to was rude to the point that she was raising her voice at a paying customer. Called again the next week and the staff just kept making excuses as to why the vehicle still hasn't arrived. Vehicle finally arrived after 1 month of waiting.....

Definitely would not recommend....

Plan to buy a used cube van in 2020, when I am waiting for almost one and half weeks for their feedback, finally got the chance to view the vehicle, however, when I was checking the engine, the sales is extremely bad and rude to my checking, completely out of his mind, this is a totally shame to their company name, a shame of Canadian behave like a shouting dog! Never come back to this company, strongly recommending: staying far away from this company !

Fast and reliable service. Car was picked up from Vancouver and shipped to Winnipeg in 6 days. Would do business again despite the mixed reviews.
