I had a frustrating experience with this service. 😕 Initially, I was drawn in by the promise of quick repairs and great customer service, but it didn’t meet my expectations. Communication was lacking, and my device took much longer to fix than I was told. On top of that, my questions were met with vague answers. I truly hoped for a smoother process, but it left me feeling quite unsatisfied. Overall, it didn't deliver as promised.
