I recently had an experience with a roofing company that left much to be desired. The communication was lacking. I often felt left in the dark about the progress of my project. The crew arrived later than scheduled, which disrupted my day, and the quality of workmanship was not up to my expectations. Repairs that were guaranteed took longer than promised. It can be frustrating when a service doesn’t live up to its claims. 😕 I had hoped for a smoother process. Overall, it wasn't the level of service I was anticipating. ❌
