I recently had the opportunity to work with a roofing company for some much-needed repairs. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The communication wasn't as clear as I would have hoped. there were several instances where I didn’t receive updates on the timeline, which led to some frustrations.

When it came to the quality of work, I noticed a few areas that didn't quite meet expectations. Attention to detail seems to have been overlooked, as some sections of the roof showed signs of incomplete work. 🌧️

While the team was friendly and courteous, the inefficiencies in their process were noticeable. I would recommend exploring other options before making a decision here. 🏠
