My wife and I attended a wedding at the Mission Inn Resort. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The wedding location at the marina was very nice. The ceremony overlooked the water and had excellent views of the sunset. Overall, the hotel was very nice.

Have been to this buffet in the past and sorry to say it was better then. Granted the prime rib and turkey carving station was delicious. The made to order omelets and waffles are fresh. Disappointed we didn't see any peel and eat shrimp and the dessert table did not provide the proper plates. Bananas foster is one of my favorites, but there were only plates at the station and no ice cream. It was a fair buffet, but we missed the way it used to be.

Our men's golf group had our annual golf outing followed by lunch this past Friday on the patio at Nickers. I was very pleased with the location, the food, and the quality of the service we received.

Not for the faint of heart. Incredibly difficult course with bunkers, water and trees on every hole as well as elevation changes. But it's a fun kind of difficult as it challenges you rather than frustrate like some overly hazarded courses.

Sunday Brunch, serve yourself buffet plus a carvery. All you can eat Huge choice of Main courses. Unlimited Mimosas or champagne included.

A hidden gem of Florida. My husband and I just did a quick getaway from the kids for a night. Next time it will will be more than a night. Everything from the service, to the rooms, to the golf, the food was amazing. So much to offer. I even met one of the family members of the family who started this. So much great history to this place. I highly recommend. Great place for a reunion, convention, what have you.

Just like staying in your grandmas house- if you re grandma has an insect infested guest room, old sheets, and spotty WiFi. Also saw cockroaches in spa during our massage- management seemed used to the complaint regarding bugs & did not accommodate.

Mission Inn Resort was very nice to stay at for my Sister's Wedding. The staff was pleasant and breakfast buffet was delicious. Sure dinner will be great tomorrow. Also, the kids loved the pool.

Living nearby, we frequent the grounds here frequently for dining and golf. Great food at reasonable pricing. The Sunday buffets are amazing. The Saturday night Surf & Turf buffet is excellent. Breakfast buffet every morning is delicious as well. Try going earlier and on different days to experience all the dining options at the different restaurants. Both courses are top notch in upkeep and among the best in the nation. Be advised that the old course does not play back to the clubhouse after the first nine.

Rooms and Golf experience were excellent. Food service was ok. On a couple occasions the waitress at the hotel restaurant was not that friendly and on one specific occasion she forgot my food order while serving other customers at our table.

We stayed at this Resort due to a prize that we won from my employer which we were super grateful and excited for. However, our experience was not what we expected. Shortly, after we checked in we went to dinner at one of the restaurants at the resort named El Conquistador. As soon as we entered the restaurant everyone was staring at us as if we had just walked into a members only restaurant (mind you we had reservations and it was not a members only restaurant). That made us feel awkward but we brushed it off and were seated at our table. It took our server about 25 mins just to greet us and bring us some waters. When she arrived at the table my husband asked if she was the only server for the entire area and she said unfortunately yes she was the only server working that side. Service was slow due to there being 4+ tables that she was tending too but it was not terrible. Just very slow. The next day my husband golfed with one of our friends (they both had vouchers) however our friend had to give TWO vouchers as opposed to my husband who only had to give ONE voucher (they were playing the same course). That was extremely odd, why two people playing the same course were charged two different amounts? Once again, we moved past it. I went to the breakfast buffet with my friend when a server came over to us and greeted us, she was a very sweet older lady. Shortly after we had our food, a different server came over and placed our checks on the table and asked us "If we were staying at the resort?" I found that even more odd because #1 I had not asked for my check and #2 Why was she asking if we were staying at the resort? -- I replied to her that we were waiting on our husbands to come and have breakfast with us so we were not ready for the check especially because we had just sat down with our food. The point I am getting too is that between these few examples of our experience we felt not welcome at this resort and not just a little, we felt extremely unwelcome at this resort. This was supposed to be a really nice couples getaway weekend and that unfortunately was not our experience. The people that were staying at this resort were primarily older in age and of one race. I am not sure if it was because of our race that we were treated differently but it definitely felt that way. I hate to say this because I have never experienced anything like this before but this being the first time was definitely unfortunate and saddening. With that being said, I unfortunately would not recommend this resort to anyone.

The potential of this place was not reached in any way. It could be charming, but wasn't. It looked like a place where they just stopped maintaining it. There was dust and cobwebs on the fixtures in the hallways. The patios were rundown. The place had a rundown feeling. It was not comfortable in the rooms. The greenery was pretty, but that was about it. Not for me.

Four of us stayed and played at the Mission Inn in March 2020, and they were already following safe practice guidelines. I've stayed here many times for golf trips and the rooms, the food, the golf and the service have consistently been first class. Love the place!

Great golf courses with nice amenities. A bit dated but a nice change of pace from the newer cookie-cutter golf resorts. We've stayed at the Inn and in the villas...both are comfortable and clean. The amenities are also a bit dated. Overall it's a nice place to get away to and the surrounding area is growing so there are other dining options.

Loved the layout for the El Campeon course !!!

Loved the layout for the El Campeon course !!!
BUT the employees lack basic social skills.
The tee starter was a real winner , RUDE , didn't care who and was on the 1st tee at anytime . More or less pointed where the 1st tee was from the cart return area and told us to go. The course was packed solid , most of the holes had groups waiting and rushing to hit their balls. No rangers to be found to see what the pace of golf was for any foursomes out on the course. The beer cart girls, two people working and you couldn't get them off their stupid cell phones.

NEVER COMING BACK .. WHAT A WASTED ROUND FOR A COURSE REACHING IT"S 100th ANNIVERSARY .. DON"T WASTE YOUR DRIVE !!

Absolutely beautiful and historic. Didn t give 5-stars because the rooms need a bit of an update, had a cockroach in my bathroom and hot water ran out a couple times. But the scenery is amazing, staff is nice, food is delicious, just ask for a higher floor room.

If you love poor service, snarky employees and a goat track with construction equipment actually on the golf course, this is the place for you. The assistant pro felt it appropriate to mock a reasonable complaint about loud noises and reverse beepers from heavy equipment that was less than 15 away from golfers who paid for a much better experience than what we received. A colossal disappointment that could ve been handled with better customer service.

This property is huge! Great pool, very friendly staff, and nice rooms here. I didn't get time to check out the spa or golf courses, but they look beautiful. They also have a marina slightly off site that is great for corporate events.

We have eaten at Nickers before the pandemic. The buffet was on point and the selection hands down was unbeatable. We decided to eat at La Conquistador. We had a table outside (weather was perfect). We ordered the cheese sampler and crab cakes and both were fantastic. For the main course we had the seafood strudel and macadamia crusted grouper. Both dishes were cooked the perfection. The seafood strudel was full of lobster meat and scallops. The grouper was flakey and cooked just right. The waiter was on point with filling our water glasses without asking. You owe it to yourself to try this restaurant at Mission Inn. It is truly a great meal and atmosphere.

The Mission Inn... it's a Central Florida favorite! Having DJ'ed many receptions here, I can tell you there is no place else quite like the Mission Inn. The are lots of Orlando wedding venues, but no other location brings the romance of a Spanish Mission.

There is a lot of variety, as well. You can have your ceremony outside surrounded by friends and family. For reception locations, you can choose the Spanish courtyard or inside one of the many restaurants of ballrooms. The possibilities are almost endless with the number of combinations the wedding staff offers.

If you are not looking for a "typical" hotel ballroom, this just might be the perfect spot for your Central Florida Wedding!

28th year in a row for our family to come and enjoy the Mission Inn. Food was excellent as usual and in spite of a large and unexpected crowd one evening they handled it with aplomb.
El Campeon was in fabulous shape and as challenging as always, rooms were clean and the grounds were impeccable.
We will continue coming in late Winter until bad health prevents it!

Not enough can be said to compliment the service. From the hotel staff at check-in/check-out, La Hacienda restaurant staff, golf shop & carts staff. They all treated our party of eight guys like we were the only ones there. Absolutely top notch service.
As to the courses, El Campeon was the better of the two. A bit wet on 1/18 but otherwise surprisingly dry. Quite disappointed in Las Colinas. Apparently the greens had just been verti cut and a good amount of debris was left behind making for a tough putting experience. It appeared they cut them early and just didn't get back to brushing/blowing them off. That is unacceptable for a resort the caliber of MI. If not for the greens I would definitely give this a 5 and will certainly be looking forward to my next visit.

We've always had the experience we expected. Beautifully kept grounds, welcoming, friendly staff, clean and airy rooms tastefully decorated; marvelous breakfast buffet and expertly maintained and challenging golf courses.

The rooms and interior hallways are dated, but very clean. The service from the front desk staff and La Margarita staff was top-notch! The food was excellent. My only caution is that, while the resort staff will tell you that they have charging for electric vehicles (specifically Teslas), no one knows where it is or how to access it.

Food was great and amenities great. Giving 2 stars because I reserved a room with 2 double beds and when I arrived was given a king. I explained that my husband and I were with my (23-year old) daughter, and there were 3 of us total in the room and the only response I was given was that they had no more double rooms and they would give me extra bedding. They do not have any air mattress or rollaways to provide nor do they have couches in the room so I guess they assumed for my daughter to sleep on the floor. Very disappointing considering my family and I flew in and are staying for 3 days for my sons golf tournament.

Absolutely incredible experience!!! Mission Inn booked us last min for our Honeymoon for two nights and allowed us to use the grounds for our bridal portraits. (Our wedding plans at a different location were forced to change due to COVID-19) The staff was very helpful, our room was a suite with a kitchen and separate living room area and large patio. Spotless, clean and safe. Everyone wore masks and we ate every meal for two days at the on site restaurant La Hacienda.

Incredible oasis. Worth a day trip from Orlando to play golf, eat or spa. We stayed for a romantic getaway that included all the above and will be back as soon as we can. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The course was stunning. Particularly challenging and unique to have so much elevation changes in Florida. Great fairway conditions and what a place to just escape for awhile. We enjoyed all of our meals and moments on property. We ll be back!

My apologies to the Beucher family for taking so long. My wife got me a 3 day golf trip to Mission Inn Resort and Club and it was a big surprise. I hadn't heard of Mission Inn previously, but it was absolutely delightful! The facilities were expansive and impressive. They had virtually everything you could think of. And the Golf was superb-- both in terms of the course conditions and in the challenge of the courses. The staff and restaurants were great! There are also enough places nearby to eat and shop and visit if you need a little change of pace. I would recommend Mission Inn Resort and Club to everyone!

I had a great experience at Mission Inn. The rooms were clean, the food was outstanding but the star of the show was the El Campeon course. Big elevation changes, super greens & so much history. I know I will be back!

We recently stayed at the resort with friends for a quick golf getaway. We've stayed numerous times over the years and every time we are blown away by the place. From the courtesy of their staff at check-in, the cleanliness of the rooms with great views to the fabulous meals in all of the restaurants. We are never disappointed. The golf courses are some of the best we've played anywhere. They are challenging and exciting, as well as beautiful and serene with the abundant wildlife.

First class from top to bottom. My daughter had her wedding here, and everything was perfect. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the food was awesome. The grounds and wedding venues are gorgeous and reception spaces could not have been better. Katie in event planning was so nice and helpful. Fatima at the front desk could not have been nicer. We got so many compliments form the guests on the entire experience. Golf course was gorgeous and the spa treatments we had were perfect. Mission Inn deserves way more than 5 stars.

Rooms are nice, we have a great view of the golf course. Hotel has nice amenities, but is isolated and it would behoove you to have a car during your stay. Pool and hot tub are decent, but could maybe use more regular maintenance. That being said, they do the job. Would like to see the pool bar open, and some more affordable food options.

My wife and I just got married here last week. Beautiful venue and outstanding staff. Jessica and her team made sure our big day was perfect. From the food to the drinks, everything was awesome. We also stayed two nights in the Hotel and I am very glad that we did. The staff all over the hotel were very nice and you could tell that they were very happy to have you there. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The grounds were very well kept and there were lots of different activities to do, I just wish we had more time to do them. The hotel had an older charm with very modern feel. If you are looking for a place to get married this place is it!
