Mission Bowl 'N Olathe Review

We have been coming here for years during summer with kids bowl free program. My kids enjoy bowling here.

Had a blast with my family here. Prices are very reasonable and the rewards program is great to get some free/inexpensive bowling. Facilities are clean and family friendly.

The folks are always upbeat and very gentle and caring with the special needs community

Saturday Juniors- coaches seem to have their favorites. Is there free coaching at other times?

Just awful service!!!! The employees were very rude and not helpful what so ever. The food was not cooked right and it was dirty! I wouldn t not recommend going. Olathe lanes East off Santa Fe is so much better!

I have been going here since I was a kid and still do occasionally. I have great memories from here. The food is good and the lanes have always worked great for me. If there was ever a problem, the staff handled it promptly.

Nice staff. Good pricing. Lanes bite all the way down. Can be hard for real bowlers to get a decent score. Want a real challenge. Go here.

This was okay. Pizza was not very good or even cooked properly.

The service was bad and being disrespectful. We come here a lot and always have troubles with managers.

Mission Bowl in Olathe has been a great place for my daughter to bowl on kid's leagues, participate in bowling camps and just generally have fun! The staff is very supportive and eager to help and her bowling skills improved greatly which helped in her high school league. I have also scheduled several events at this location and they offer great package deals. I couldn't be happier with Mission Bowl in Olathe as an entertainment destination.

Since the change in management the treatment of disbled people has become appalling. Never going back.

Great lanes great food and smiles all around dont pass this up

Lanes are bumpy, signs posted all over "arcade" saying no refunds and to play at your own risk, then 70% of the machines just eat the kiddos money. Decent food and nice employees.

I recently moved to Olathe and had just signed my kids up for the Kids Bowl Free Program, this bowling alley was the closest. I am on vacation and thought it would be a cheap activity to do since I'm a single mom of 4... We get there, they tell me I can't use the Kids Bowl Free Coupons, that they've been telling people since July 5th, you have to call and make reservations a day in advance... Okay, well 1, this is the FIRST time we have ever been here and 2, we came during the "open" bowling times as listed on the website. So they will gladly take your money with no reservations, but you can't use your coupons during open bowling times?? Such B.S. ended up costing me $60 just for me and 4 kids to bowl, plus a "free" pitcher of pop... Not impressed!

I call them mutiple times to get a lane, they say they have lane opens then I get there and they have no lanes open,other than that it's a great place to go bowling for the whole family.

Can be rather crowded but other than that it's a good bowling olace for the price.

Overall the place was fun, good food, good music, fun atmosphere. However the lady behind the counter was not very friendly and seemed to not like her job much!

Loved the family atmosphere! Great bowling specials. Nice clean place. Good place to go o.k. Sunday evenings for their cheapest bowling night! Better get there early to get a lane. 1st come first serve!

Looking to just bowl? Then this place is simple and decent for that. Wanting to enjoy a nice alcoholic beverage while bowling? They have that option too HOWEVER, if you're from out of state or country, don't bother going here. They don't understand or accept a GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL PASSPORT as a form of ID. Every where else I have been to in the world (including other bowling alleys that also serve alcohol) does accept it, just not this place. They fear they will be fined...for accepting...a government official ID... So strange...

My kids love bowling here! The lanes are challenging and thr staff is great with my kids. The grill is decently priced and fired fresh. They have a jr bowling and family bowling league and accept the kids bowl free tickets in the summer.

Best place to bowl for an amazing price, plus great food

I've personally only been once, but was extremely impressed by the staff. Extremely friendly, and willing to help. If you are a professional, or an amateur like me, the staff will accommodate you.

Always a fun and clean experience when we head to Mission Bowl! Service is excellent and food is pretty good too. They interact with kids well and that is an excellent thing being a parent. They don't roll their eyes when you ask for multiple pairs of shoes to try on or for the bumpers to get turned on. All around an affordable and fun place for entertainment!

Been bowling here since I was 4 or 5 years old. Love this place. Make sure to look up there specials because they have some pretty sweet deals!

mission bowl in Olathe has gone down hill big time. My family went over the weekend and received horrible customer service and spent a lot. Their arcade games didnt work, took all my kids money. The people there hate their jobs. They were rude, inconsiderate and didn t make any attempt to make sure we had pleasant experience. And the food counter was horrible. The lady was soo slow worrying about chatting it up. Forgot our food, acted like we were a huge mess by asking where our food was. The guy in the kitchen wasn t wearing gloves. Eww...

I know this a bowling alley. I will make sure to go somewhere that s professional and consistent. I

This place it's great to enjoy god time with the family.

Had a great time during their open bowling. Bumpers available for kids. Staff was very helpful and accomidating. Snack bar with drinks and food. Small arcade. Pro-shop services available.

Loved getting nasty remarks when asking simple questions with staff. Primarily everyone in the Kitchen is great, but the older male was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional with customers!

Always a great time for our family! Staff is amazing, and always attentive to our needs. Bowling Alley is always neat and clean. Corner Grill always delivers great food and drinks. Will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Cool place to go for a date or a small party event!

The food is actually really good in terms of quality. The people are friendly too. The only draw back is the seating which is awkward and not very convenient.

Cynthia is rude and never honors what her employees tell the customer. I and my friends have been bowling in their Women and Wine league since the start last summer we have easily spent $1000.00 each in food, bowling and drinks, we have recommended and helped grow their Women and Wine league. However after the third interaction with Cynthia the lady who runs things there we have decided to take our business elsewhere. She has yelled and treated us like trash for the last time.

Nice staff always clean friendly people and a great community you have to bring your family if you have 2 or 3 hours to spare

Good prices on the bowling. Food is a little less than great but kids like it.

This place is great. It can be busy, but you won't find a better place to bowl for the buck. Everything works, fair price on beer, food is decent, plenty of balls in all sizes, and a great client base.

I love coming here, the food Is is pretty good. Tried the lunch special with my daughter, it's an unbeatable value. I go as often as possible.

For a league bowler it is one of the harder to score bowling alleys in the area.

Bowling was great. 98 percent off the arcade games ate our money.

Their wraps and hard chips are so good!! The bowling is a blast to either play our just watch and cheer from the back. They have many balls of many sizes to choose from so almost anyone should find the ball for them.

Definitely my go to bowling alley in the Kansas City area. Can always count on Mission Bowl to give a great experience. Management is top notch

Went in for their tuesday special that they had listed on their website and they were not honoring it that particular tuesday. Won't be going back.
