I placed an order for certain flowers and although I asked for certain flowers and a particular size in the bouquet, that is not what I received when I picked up the flowers. The person I purchased the flowers for was definitely disappointed because the flowers didn t last a good 3 days. What should have been blush was brown and what should have been fresh was wilted. I highly recommend if a customer inquire about certain flowers please be honest about not having the flowers or offer some kind of discount. Lillies won t work if someone had their heart set on Anemones. It s also a good practice to point out that you couldn t fulfill the order instead of staying quiet as if someone didn t know how the particular flowers they inquired about looked. The florist gave every excuse except a discount. Disappointed and I ll stick with purchasing wholesale

The arrangement of flowers for my daughter s birthday was absolutely gorgeous. There was a tiny glitch with the delivery BUT they went above and beyond to make everything perfect which speaks volumes about their fabulous customer service. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.

I ordered flowers for my mother s 91st birthday at Flower Co, and even though I placed my order last-minute (it was 1:00 in the afternoon of her birthday), they assured me that she would receive a nice, fresh arrangement that same afternoon. I could not have been more pleased from the ease of ordering, to sending me a picture of the finished product, making sure to protect my mother from any contamination from Covid19, and contacting me to let me know exactly when and where they were delivered. I feel like when you order flowers online, from a photo, you never know what you're going to get, it's always a roll of the dice and it never quite comes up to snuff. I called to inquire about purchasing a standing spray for my father's funeral. The person who answered the phone in a very hurried tone. When I asked if I could purchase for the funeral on Saturday, she responded, "We have a wedding on Saturday." How rude and insensitive for a person representing a company that exists for occasions to help families whether in joys or sympathy. I advise that the store look into better training for its staff.
