Needed a splashback for behind my hob and reviewed several companies but decided on this one.
We went with our measurements and the girl who we dealt with was extremely helpful.
When the glass was ready we were contacted and went across to pick it up. When we left we forgot the adhesive and rang the company who promptly sent it to us by a delivery company. Was really impressed with the prompt service we received and to top that, the splashback looks great.

We had a mirror cut to size and bevelled which was all done great however we were sold adhesive to attach it to the bathroom wall which lasted about 30 min. The mirror came down damaged the wall which had just been done as a full bathroom refit one week earlier thankfully it missed the shower tray. When I returned to the company they didn't want to know, were rude and indifferent I would never use this company again.

I requested a bespoke etched glass for an inner door. They did a fantastic job and their after sales service was as good. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I've not had them in for work but just a comment on their workers. They parked their van across my drive, when I asked them politely to move, I was met with abuse. Inconsiderate. Ignorant. Based on that alone, I can only imagine what their customer service is like.

They can do everything glass work like bevelled glass + sandblast and all glass work. They're cheaper in town, BUT Because coronavirus they're so busy take months to finish the job.

We have used Mirror & Glass Processing Ltd extensively and I can not give a more glowing review on there professionalism, quality of work and ability to deliver an outstanding design and product within a tight deadline.

We have had numerous people compliment us on the designs and quality of the work they provided and I can t thank them enough.

Horrible experience with them, shocking customer service! Had to chase my quote at the airport when I had to go to see my dying grandma for the last time. Confirmed the size as I asked for two different measurements. Got fitted while I was away only to come home with different kind of mirror(when the guy came to measure he suggested 20mm bevelled but got both straight edged), one mirror has marks can not be cleaned all over it, called customer service to ask someone to come out to take a look, finally got someone after 5 calls and told them I was going to contact Trading Standard! The guy who originally came to measure turned up eventually and from his notes clearly marked as 20mm bevelled and even said he doesn t know how it happened. But they still won t admit that they have made a mistake somewhere. Been totally ignored when I tried to make a complaint. Please avoid company like this, they just don t care once they have your money. Please AVOID!

First class from initial enquiry to finished installation - and competitively priced

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Called this company last week and was told they would come to my new build yesterday but that they don t give time slots . When I rang in the morning to ask if they had any idea what time they would come out to measure up (given I don t live in my new build yet) they said they don t have me booked in for that day. The women then switched into blame mode and tried to say that I was never told that they would come out on Friday and that I must have got it wrong because their admins don t give out times . So essentially calling me a liar.

After several calls back and forth then then said that they would come out today and that one of their directors was coming to meet me and measure up. I told them the Bellway site office is only open 10.30am to 4pm. They said that s fine and that he will call me before he sets off so I can go and meet him. Surprise surprise, he didn t turn up.

Astoundingly bad customer service. I can t comment on their actual work but it hardly matters when this is how they treat (potential) customers.

I had a good experience ordering a large piece of toughtened glass, which was made precisely to drawing, when promised and for a reasonable price. I think Gateshead Glass is primarily aimed at commercial clients but as a retail customer my experience was just fine.

DO NOT BUY! Mirrors do not go edge to edge and have huge gaps after promising this wouldn t happen!

Needed a sentimental mirror hung. Joe and his team did it quickly, efficiently and the quality of the job was outstanding. Would highly recommend.

Friendly and professional service from start to finish and very accommodating when I changed my mind on something half way through. I would definitely use their services again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I used this firm to have a mirror made to size and delivered, they also offer a measuring and fitting service.
Certain staff weren't great on the phone but all in all it was a good service and reasonably priced.
At first I thought they were part of the garden and mirror company which has a large outdoor display at the opposite end of the retail world on the Team Valley, but you have to go through the outdoor display area to the side of the main building which is where MGP is situated. They have a roller door at the front if you are collecting your order for ease of access.
Would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

I was recommended this company by someone who had also used their services. They made me a bespoke antique mirrored splashback that companies more local to me could not do. From start to finish the service was excellent and all of my questions were answered promptly. Admittedly delivery was expensive but when it arrived I could see why. It is glass after all and every effort had been made to ensure there were no problems en-route (item was securely strapped between 2 wooden pallets). I wouldn t think twice about going straight to this company if I needed something else in the future. Thank you!
