Absolutely horrendous customer service. Called this company last week and was told they would come to my new build yesterday but that they don t give time slots . When I rang in the morning to ask if they had any idea what time they would come out to measure up (given I don t live in my new build yet) they said they don t have me booked in for that day. The women then switched into blame mode and tried to say that I was never told that they would come out on Friday and that I must have got it wrong because their admins don t give out times . So essentially calling me a liar.

After several calls back and forth then then said that they would come out today and that one of their directors was coming to meet me and measure up. I told them the Bellway site office is only open 10.30am to 4pm. They said that s fine and that he will call me before he sets off so I can go and meet him. Surprise surprise, he didn t turn up.

Astoundingly bad customer service. I can t comment on their actual work but it hardly matters when this is how they treat (potential) customers.
