Miramont Pointe Clackamas OR Review

I have always admired the staff and overall beauty of this place. I work for a food service company called Aloha Produce that used to service this account on a daily basis. Due to changes in policies and management they chose to move to other vendors. I do miss not coming to see some of the people there. Aloha had been a provider of produce and a back up service for them for many years. I will keep checking in to see if there is an opportunity to develop a new business relationship. In the many years we were servicing Miramont Pointe. The residents and staff were always busy with activities. It was refreshing to see the kind of care they gave to their residents.

My mom has lived here for over 4 years. It has been safe, hospitable and a great fit for her. I think the staff is truly caring and rooms are beautiful. I would recommend it to a friend.

I had the joy of visiting this location last year. The campus is beautiful. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. The grand piano was always playing and the place was always buzzing.

My Great Aunt has lived at Miramont Pointe for almost 8 years. She has loved every second of it. All of the staff are extremely kind and gracious with her. The atmosphere is amazing with activities going on 7 days a week, she is able to participate with whatever she would like, or just stay and relax in her luxurious apartment. As a family member I know that she is well taken care of and in good hands. I have a wonderful relationship with the staff and they always stay in open communication with me no matter what the issue. There are a lot of employees that have worked at Miramont Pointe for almost as long as my Aunt has lived there, some even longer. I know I can trust them and count on them for quality care.
My Auntie has always wanted the best, and that is what she found at Miramont Pointe.

Our experience with Miramont Pointe was very discouraging and outright discriminatory. After months of working with these people, setting move-in dates, selling furniture not to be moved and making arrangements to rent out the house, they called 2 days before the move - while THEIR packers were there packing personal belongings - to cancel the move completely. They refused to discuss the situation with my brother, fabricated his medical condition which was later proven a fabrication, and still refused him as a resident. The lies piled up from there. The management is not trustworthy.

Had the pleasure of meeting and working with Amber while trying to find a home for my mother. Amber alone made me want to move my mother into the "Miramonte Pointe". She was so helpful and kind. Absolutely loved the Miramonte Pointe home, everything about it was perfect, but unfortunately my mother needed a higher level of care then they could give her there. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an Independent , or "assisted " living" home.

Beautiful facility but buyer beware..they will promise more than they can deliver. We were very upfront about my father-in-law's condition. they said they could take him in respite care. Twelve hours later, they kicked him out and did not offer any assistance. I more than once remarked that I would want to go there when I retire, but I have since changed my mind. Would not recommend it to anyone now.

I moved my mom here four years ago and am very satisfied with the facility. The level of care is excellent, and the staff high quality and compassionate.
