Nice, clean place. I only give it three stars because the hours are terrible. The NEX at 32nd St stays open until 9pm every day. This place closes so early.

We experienced no wait and friendly service. As expected the pump prices were below anything outside of the gate.

Ladies in the women's wear Department were very friendly courteous and just very nice all around. And the lady in the shoe department took a little extra effort and checked on a couple prices for me and I am very grateful for that the man and stereo mr. Nelson was very very professional and was able to help me find the electronic equipment I needed thank you.

It's always a pleasure to shop where there's nothing but professionals.

This place is the best. Cant go in there without buying something. Just wish it was open longer

MCAS was a Naval Air Base decades ago so they should at least have more Navy uniforms.

Amazingly low, low prices of items that only offered to military and their families. Great benefits!!!

Very good variety of merchandise. Sort of a Marine Corps version of Target. Large electronics department. Fashionable clothing for men, women and kids. Like most department stores these days, there aren't many employees (sales staff) on the floor, but most check out registers were open and ready. It also has a large outdoor department with a good variety of plants and some outdoor furniture .

Military exchanged were you are not changed sales tax

Our px is the worst in the Marine Corps on Miramar. Stuff is always out of stock

Everyone there was very helpful. They know their stuff and can repair almost anything. If they cannot they will let you know. Great to find an honest competent place

Prices are too high. Don't know why the MC has to raise them higher than the NEX.

It was a nice shop! The owner is a really cool dude! I bought a key chain and a Christmas ornament.

The PX is always very clean and neat. There is a pharmacy inside the PX, so you can shop for clothing, jewelry, electronics, health and beauty, and a nursery which sells garden supplies and plants, etc. The goods sold are high end and pricey.

Excellent experience. I found the five items I wanted and the customer service was great.

Could not get help when needed and cashier up front was rude

Mid day on payday and not insane. Items were well stocked and parking was very decent.

I drive down from Camp Pendleton to go to the MiraMar MCX because it is so, so ,very much better than Camp Pendleton's MCX. I always find what I'm looking for and more. Today's extra was a new bracelet.

Tough place to find bargains despite tax free shopping. Prices cheaper on Amazon for most items they sell. Low inventory in their electronics section.

Nice BX/PX. Typical for most military bases. Jewelry rep. was very nice, decent selections.

I am a DOD employee and was able to buy shampoo. I am 3500 miles from home. No limited exchange on my CAC no.shampoo!

Couldn't find a simple wall clock or desk clock and several of the associates said they carried it and sent me to several different parts of the store searching

No tax as any exchange and they had a verity of selection for clothing!

Barbers there are garbage, none of them know how to properly fade hair. The only thing they care about is the number of people they get not the quality of the cut. You pay $10 for a half ass haircut then they expect a tip .

A little pricy but everything is name brand and great quality and there's always sales.

Not impressed with liquor prices, they were same or even higher than Albertson's and Bevmo. No sales tax is only plus. Gas prices were better at base gas station near by.

Adequate selection, adequate staff, just adequate. Nothing exceptional nor poor.

This is a great place to go for people in the services and their relatives. The selection here is great and the prices are really low too. Lots of good sales going on as well and having no sales tax is a major plus. The selection is very wide-ranging and is on par with any other well-known department stores. Amelia and Cody were really helpful, they were provided assistance with some of the Apple keyboards and told me about gift cards too. They also went through a wide variety of flatscreens and OLED and let me know the differences. Anyone who has the ability to shop here definitely should take advantage of it, it is such a great place and I can't think of a single downside to anything I've experienced.

Expensive. Shop for a sale or expect to pay more even without paying taxes. It is a very nice facility with ample parking and friendly staff.

MCAS is a beautiful Base. Wide open place to go running. Love it.

The staff is super friendly. Even when someone looks busy with something, they're happy to stop to help. If you ask someone for help and they don't know about the product you're asking about, they'll find someone who does know about it. Today, I was trying to find a good gaming mouse for my boyfriend, and the guy I asked referred me to another employee, and she knew all about them!! They were both really nice, and never made me feel stupid, even though I didn't really know what I was looking for. 10/10, would shop again!

Great prices when they have their Electronics sales. Plus, no sales tax for Active duty, Retirees and their delendents.

Produce and meat section was very high quality at lower than NEX commissary prices.
