Neighbours of ours were very pleased with their retractable screens and with the outstanding service provided my Michel Martin. I was in the process of checking out Phantom screens when Michel and Mirage screens were recommended to us. When I contacted Michel to make an inquiry and get an estimate he was quick to respond, thorough in his review of our needs and very personable and respectful. My husband has mobility challenges and Michel went to great lengths to ensure that the install would meet his needs. Not only was Michel quick to complete the review of our needs and provide us with an immediate estimate, the install was done a week to the day from the estimate date. Again, Michel continuously checked to ensure our needs and preferences were being met. He demonstrated exemplary knowledge and skill with the install and at the same time was very friendly and personable. He was meticulous about his work and ensured that the area was kept clean, provided clear instructions on how to use and maintain our Mirage screens and assured us that he was a quick call away should we need assistance in any way in the future. I can't praise Michel enough. His service and workmanship was outstanding. It was a delight to do business with him and we will highly recommend him to others.

I researched all of the retractable screen door companies in the industry and felt mirage had the best quality product in the Industry.

In our apartment, the builders did not provide us with a screen door, leaving us to look for a solution ourselves. Our experience was very positive! The installation was quick and painless and we felt informed and taken care of throughout the process. We love the screen door and use it often. It has been a huge benefit during the fall to help us save on electricity for cooling the home.

This is an excellent product. It looks great, is easy to use, and opens things up beautifully. Pete and his crew (booked through Costco) were friendly and efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Go for it!

So far so good. The installer Dave of DB Creative Homeworks returned calls in a timely manner and installation took place on the scheduled day even during inclement weather. Screen door is working perfectly after installation and I assume it will continue to do so.

The installer from Cambridge Heritage Renovations did a wonderful job installing our retractable screen door. His workmanship was superior, he was succinct, polite, and answered any questions I had, and also completed the job in far less time than expected. Thanks for the professionalism.

Have had multiple interactions the team at Mirage for three years now. Their service has been excellent and their products are of the highest quality.

I had my screen installed latter part of summer so it didn t get a lot of use, however it opens and closes smoothly , the installation was done beautifully and customer service was exceptional ! I am very pleased with the product and the company .

Product seems good but no warranty. After about 5 times using a double screen door one of the adjusting screws popped off and of course the door lost its retraction. I was sent a copy of the warranty with the comment I do not see how this falls under warranty . Disappointing.

We discovered Mirage Screens through our local Costco. The product is durable and looks sleek and we are very happy with our purchase. We got the better latching system and it is easy to open and close but still seems sturdy. The installer was friendly and quick. 5 stars for our screens, we would definitely recommend this product.

Mirage Screens systems are the best on the market lots of colors to choose from warranty like no others easy to maintain and its 100% made in Canada and the best customer service thanks Mirage.

Beautiful product! The retractable screen blends perfectly with our doorframe, is easy to operate and appears to have great quality. The product warranty is reassuring as well.

Terrible / non existent service. We purchased these screens in Puerto Vallarta Mexico from their representative here - Elmer Lugano. Now, one of the retraction springs has broken. We've been waiting 2 weeks for a repair - at this point he won't even answer our calls. Keeps promising repair every day, but never comes. I have recommended these screens to dozens of people over the years, but without any kind of adequate service when they have a problem, I will never recommend them again.

We have been wanting a Mirage Screen Door for several years and finally looked into having one installed this past summer through Costco Home Installations. We were connected to Heritage Renovations to come and install. The whole experience was very effortless and easy!!! I gave my address and by looking at Google online at our house, Heritage Renovations was able to match the Mirage Screen Door to our front entranceway. We were away when they came to install and very pleased to return to a screen door installed that allows us to still showcase our turquoise century painted front door. Heritage Renovations did a fabulous job and cleaned up perfectly. I would definitely recommend!!!

We have three retractable screen doors in our home. They are well made and the installation by Michele's Hide-Away Screens was very professional and well done.

I have been a dealer in Calgary for mirage since 2011. The staff at mirage is friendly, the high standard they have set for their customer service and quality of product is exceptional. They have a limited lifetime warranty on all their products and have always stood behind it . I highly suggest this product as it is top quality in the market place and are all custom made and installed to fit each door specifically.

BRENT AT MIRAGE RETRACTABLE SCREENS IS TERRIBLE YOU PAY FOR YOUR SCREEN BEFORE HE FINISHES THE JOB AND NEVER COMES BACK TO FINISH. DEFINATLY DO NOT RECCOMMEND AND I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB

Found the Mirage Screen Door flyer at my local Costco and decided to give them a call. I ended up installing one retractable screen door for my front door. The fit and finish was excellent. No large/weird gaps anywhere and the screen door blended in with the door trim. Everyone I corresponded with was super professional and quality of workmanship was top notch. Installer took the time to explain how everything worked as well as how to maintain the screen door. Installer was also good with wearing a mask and maintaining social distancing. They did not have to enter the unit to complete the work.

Factory made good after my dealer could not help with a new garage screen. Many thanks to Chris who made my experience great. I have two screens on man doors and one on a garage door. Purchased in 2015 all been great especially if once a year you spray the track with a lubricant .

This experience was no different than any of the others that I ve had when dealing with the amazing people at Mirage. I called in to check on a recent order and my call was answered by Roya. She was happy and made me feel like I was the only customer that mattered, even though I knew she was extremely busy. She took the time to ask how I was and how things were going. I appreciate these conversations because I always feel like they value me not only as a customer , but also as a member of the Mirage family. In a business world that seems to struggle with making customers feel appreciated, I really feel that Mirage has been able to build that culture. Thank you!

I have only had great experiences with Mirage and their products. I have a Retractable screen door as well as a Motorized screen for my parents upper deck! the install was fast and easy and Craig is always amazing to work with, he is very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Mirage Screens to everyone for their quality, professionalism, and their amazing staff!

The screen is perfect for out rooftop deck entrance and allows us to leave the door open for fresh air. White matched the door frame and it's solid and works easily.

Gordon put a lot of time in answering questions prior to the installation. Once decided on a Mirage screen the larger screen was ordered and it came quite quickly. It was installed quickly as well. Great job and what I like about it is you don't see a sliding screen door on the outside of the patio door. It is nice and compact

I installed a Mirage Retractable Screen door on my mom's new home. How convenient. What great quality. When you don't need it, you hardly know it is there.

Greatly enjoying the Mirage retractable screen doors, particularly the double sets on our large openings ~ the largest is 8 feet wide. The product is attractive and good quality. The local dealer from Nanaimo (Paradise Shades & Blinds) was excellent from first contact through installation.

We recently had a screen door installed and we are very happy with the quality and custom fit. Did not have any luck with the "universal" type screen doors from Home Depot on our front door, but within an hour we had a perfect system installed professionally. We will be getting one on the back door too soon!

My screens are brand new, but the install was timely, and Michel was very helpful and pleasant. Can t wait for warmer weather to enjoy them now!
