From the start Mike the sales manger was really great to work with providing all the information I needed before and support after the contract signing. Tom did a great job making the customization I needed which looks and functions better than I had hoped. Dave my project manger was awesome, he was always on top of things and was a great communicator. I feel I got a great home and a lot of value as well.
Miracle Homes helped us build a home next door for my mother and handicapped sister. This home later was turned into a group home. We could not have asked for a better experience. They helped us make wise decisions that made a home that we are very proud of.

They do not care if your home is quality built and use the cheapest and worst contractors they can find. If you have any issues they will not correctly fix the issue and just find a easy solution (like taping cardboard in a door jamb because it doesn't close properly). We have owned our house over 10 years and to this day continue to find issues.
We built with Miracle just over 6 years ago and are very happy with our home. The quality of the construction materials used is very high and the build team did a good job. We had a few small warranty items after the build and Jackie and Tom had people come out and do the repairs with no issues. If we decide to build again we would definitely look at them again.
We had a wonderful experience with Miracle Homes! We have lived in our Miracle home for 4 years now and still LOVE our home. Tom and his entire team were very responsive to our needs during the building process. We would recommend them after the positive experience building with them was for us.

We loved our first Miracle Home so much, we built a second! The 1st was an existing/spec home, and the 2nd was a heavily customized model, built on a lot that we purchased. For our 2nd MH home, it was actually a competitive situation where we met with multiple builders before ultimately (again) selecting MH. They listened to us, and they were very responsive to our inquiries before, during, and after the build. I have recommended MH to friends looking to build, and will continue to do so!
The worst home builder. The sales people will lie saying they would not be in business if they have a bad reputation and tell you that they have a good better business bureau rating. The sale person will just use this as an excuse so you build with them. The sales people just want there commission/sale. You will have the worst building experience if you build with them. Stay away
My wife and I were looking to build a house on a lot we've had for years, We must have vetted at least a half a dozen builders and could never find the right design that fit what we were looking for. We decided to look at a Miracle Home in Hartford, after talking to multiple builders in the past our expectations weren't very high. From the minute we pulled up to the home we started to fall in love with it. As soon as we walked in the door we said this is exactly what we've been looking for. In closing we sold our lot and bought the House. We've been living in the home for about 8 months now, at least once a week we still say can't believe we found this home. It's an amazing home! Hat's off to Tom and Mike at Miracle Homes, They knocked it out of the park.
I want to start by saying that the design of the house and the lot are incredible. We love the unique touches throughout the house. Mike has been incredibly helpful with any issues that have come up with the new build. All issues were taken care of and we appreciate their understanding with new home owners and all of their questions. The designs Tom comes up with for his homes are inspired and one of a kind. We love our house.
We built with Miracle Homes in 1999. Over the years, we noticed that the siding on the south side of our home was making a lot of noise. We contacted Miracle Homes in 2019 and spoke to Tom. Tom sent Terry out to remove the siding and add a layer of material to help control the noise. It worked! Miracle Homes covered the cost. We truly appreciate that Tom was able to help us and that he stands behind his homes. Thank you Tom!
We moved into a Miracle Home built in 93. They have cut so many corners building this home it s ridiculous. The craftsmanship is non-existent. Walls are uneven, door frames are crooked and not square, the flooring was done incorrectly leaving it to be squeaky and uneven, cracking and loud. Insulation was not completed in the attic, gaps were left above our porch where insulation and proper sealing should ve been installed. Can lights were installed in the gap space above the roof of our porch which is not up to code now. Condensation builds up around can lights because of this. They installed a bathroom exhaust fan to blow out in the opening above the porch roof as well - this is not up to code. Piss poor construction, Jerry rigged solutions . Shame on the first owner for not holding them accountable. In speaking with recent owners using Miracle Homes, nothing has changed. They are cheap, cut corners and don t own up to their mistakes. Don t go through them.
We picked a lot and Miracle helped us purchase it and then worked with us to gain architectural approval. Our build from there was fairly straight forward from then. We even came back shortly after it was finished and had them build out part of our basement and that was also very straight forward. We were overall very pleased with our home.
Our family closed on our Miracle Home on New Years Eve 2019 and it was one of the best decisions we've ever made. We were a family of four living in a small apartment and decided it was time to upgrade and began looking online. We saw that Miracle Homes had a 4-bedroom 3-bathroom listed. That same day we decided go to the open house and take a look. The moment we stepped in we fell in love and instantly knew it was "the one." Our eyes lit up, it was like walking into a dream. We didn't need to search any further.
We had a great experience buying with Miracle Homes. Tom and Mike were very friendly, accommodating and knowledgable about the home and are glad to answer our questions even after we purchased the home.
We have now lived here for four months and each day we wake up grateful to live in this beautiful home. We constantly get complements on the beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows and unique architecture. There is truly so much to love about this home. The crisp lines, beautiful lighting fixtures and how efficiently even the smallest space is utilized. When designing and building the home, it is obvious Miracle Homes thought about each and every detail.
I wish we had the time to include everything we enjoy about this home. The quality of the materials used were excellent and holding up well. It is practical and functional, yet feels like we are living straight out of a home design magazine. There is nothing we would change and discover new interesting things about the home nearly every day. Thank you Miracle HomeBuilders for making our dreams come true!

This is the worst home builder. It took 1 year to build a house with them because they only use the cheapest possible contractors and you have to wait in line because the owner does not want to pay more for other contractors that do a better job. The owner will use an excuse telling you they only use the ones that are good which is not true because I got a chop job house and so many things got miss and not done correct. The owner only cares about your money and not you as a customer. You will regret building your home with them.
