The non-profit I volunteer for purchased a replacement copier/printer. I oversaw the process. It was refreshing to work with Angela. She was experienced, knowledgeable and very helpful. If their quote was higher than the competition, I would have paid more. She solved some of our issues and made recommendations based on her experience which proved to be very helpful. It was a pleasurable experience.
MCSI is great to work with. They have a quick response time and have knowledgeable techs that know their stuff. They explain problems in a manner you can understand to make educated decisions on what is in your best interest. I highly recommend them.
3/1/19 update: First, let me mention, there is a copier side to this MCSI and a computer networking server side. I have not used their copier printer side at all. This review is all on their network server side. After setting up a contract where they provided new computer towers, and server the party we initially started working with it was quickly determined was in over his head. They set us up with a new contact by the name of David who had a better working knowledge of setting up our new server and integrating the different softwares we use. Unfortunately after about six months David left MCSI. Since then MCSI had nothing but challenge after challenge trying to keep our system updated and functioning properly every time there were updates. On several occasions, their efforts made the situation worse not better creating longer downtime. Although their response time has been adequate the fixes took many hours creating significant down time. After way too many of these incidences and not making progress on complete fixes, we have had to drop them and find another vendor. The new vendor was able to identify the problems and have pretty much everything fixed in two weeks. Sadly, part of this fix was uninstalling unnecessary software and equipment that MCSI claimed we needed and paid for. Most of the issues were MCSI not understanding the upgrades to the software and not setting up scheduling to be proactive as we had told them. Had they admitted this versus coming up with excuses we may have been able to salvage the relationship.

MCSI sold and setup our samsung X4250LX Shane G. did a great job setting up and making sure we were comfortable using the muli functions. When Shane was done he took the packing with him. There customer service is very helpful also.

We have multiple production facilities and printers play an important role in the production of our products. MCSI is there for us every time with advice, sales and service on printers, scanners, and specialized products from Zebra - including label printers and scanners. Onsite technicians handle any issues with our printers in a timely manner and they offer an automated consumable program that takes much of that headache away. My calls and emails are taken immediately or answered promptly. Highly recommended!
