I have been using Mainlining Service, Inc. for a few months now and I have to say, they are pretty average. The service is decent but nothing exceptional. The technicians are friendly and helpful, but sometimes it takes a while to get an appointment. Overall, I would rate their service as average.

For all counties and local water authorities do not hire this company they are careless in their management of traffic and other safety concerns. They are unethical and unprofessional. They have caused damage to my property and have acted unethically since I first contacted them about it. I was told by my local Water Authority who contracted them that they had received multiple complaints about the company and they implied that the company was not handling the complaints.

I am taking them to court over the matter we have already appeared once in court where I believe they lied to the court saying that they changed their company name. This resulted in the caset being dismissed without prejudice so I will have to refile.

These people have no place in this world their business is run in an unethical and dangerous manner. They will one day get somebody killed, and I can tell you that their safety coordinator will not care.
