Minneapolis Marriott Northwest Review

So comfortable and spacious. Great place to work or relax. Room service was perfect, very delicious and timely - almost had it to my room before I was done ordering. Will stay here again

Good suites, nothing is free- everything is actually crazy expensive. Rooms are very nice and clean, but no wi-fi or breakfast?

This is huge hotel and has a very busy banquet center and bar and restuarant.

The room is just the right size and has the separate spaces for sleeping or the front room for TV, lounging with the ability to not disturb a person in the bedroom.

The pool area is busy and I did find the breakfast buffet very well equipped with good breakfast foods and make your self waffles and fresh fruit too.

The staff was genuine and courteous and well equipped to deal with so many guest.

The hotel bar was very nice. They were out of stock of one beer that I was interested in but otherwise it was great food. I attended a meeting in the conference center and it was a very nice Conference Center, well-appointed with lots of outlets everywhere for charging devices and such.

Very beautiful property. The rooms are well-maintained and clean. I highly recommend this Marriott

Overall great experience. Very friendly customer service. Great room layout with plenty of comfort and space. My only knock is the food was overpriced for what I got and there was way to much salt on the fries. All in all, I'd stay again.

I have been to this hotel at least three times and i have always had a nice experience the rooms are clean and well maintained. The reception staff are so professional and friendly. I will stay again.

Favorite Northwest suburbs Marriott. Great breakfast buffet but very expensive unless you are a Rewards member.

Great NW location w/easy access to I-94. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly. I was especially pleased with the lady at the front desk that checked us in, (can't remember her name, but she had dark, curly hair), and was very welcoming and started our stay on a positive note. Hotel is clean as a whole including rooms, hallways, elevators and pool area.

Was here for a company holiday party. Very nicely done event.

Have stayed here a few times. It's one of those hotels with a big multi-story lobby which sometimes hosts weddings. Meeting rooms off to one side. Small pool. Rooms are nice. Good place to stay in the Minneapolis area.

Nice and clean. Two rooms small refrigerator and coffee in the room. Bed is real comfortable.

I attended a fundraising event in one of the conference rooms. The waitstaff was very attentive.

Pretty annoying that you have to pay $10 per device for wifi. I can go anywhere and get free wifi, why not at the place I am paying to live for 24 hrs?

Super clean! Bummed there was no hot tub. Still 5 stars because the price was amazing!!!

The Minneapolis Marriott Northwest is a nice hotel. We stayed in a Double Bed room with a sofa bed. The room was clean and spacious. Very nice gym. Plenty of parking. It's located right off the highway which is convenient but there is literally nothing around it.

Clean and modern entry and ballroom. Attended professional dinner, cash bar efficient and well staffed. Would stay given the opportunity.

Amazing hotel minus the wedding fights and police everywhere.

Was looking good at first, room layout is exactly like Embassy Suites. The one star review was given because a late check out was not allowed, they said they needed to get the room ready for the next guest. I had never been denied a late checkout.

I attend professional events at this location and have never had a bad experience.

This was our second time to stay at this hotel. Rooms are comfortable and staff courteous. We will certainly book again on our next trip to Minneapolis.

They don't tell you there is no hot water in the early am. Needed to leave by 6 ish. Ended up taking a cold shower at 5:30. Coffee shop says "open at 6 am". 6:05 the employee shows up to start the coffee. 6:10 He turns on the light. I ask for one regular, one decaf. Am told they don't make decaf this early. Not impressed .

We have stayed here a few times now. We always like coming here but this time the hot tub is down so that's a little disappointing, we did get upgraded to a nice suite but would have been nice to know about the hot tub, I would have picked the maple grove court yard for this stay.

I went here for an event that was a lot of misleading information. Overall, nice appearance BUT after my bad experience at the event, I talked to the front desk staff because I WAS considering staying the night. I asked her for rates and schedule for the bar. She was unpleasant. African American girl with short curly hair. Changed my mind. Never coming back here again if I can help it.

The interior is beautiful. Nice location for a wedding.

I was there for a professional conference and it was an excellent experience. The facilities and staff were great as far as I could tell.

Came here for a conference. I got my room and it was clearly not completely cleaned. Toilet seat up and dirty, hair, tons of hair all over the bathroom. Someone had a fight with the mirror flossing their teeth. It was gross. I asked for a new room and they promptly gave a new clean one. Problem is when my friend showed up and checked in, he told me to come to his room. Guess what room it was!?? The same room I left! It was never touched by staff. Everything was the same as when I ran out of it! The entire place comes off as a nice place, but it's nasty. Everything is dirty, the pool is tiny and yes, dirty! Conference area has dirt all over as well, they don't vacuum.

I recently met some family at the hotel bar. Prompt service, nice gathering areas and portable charging stations for both Android and iPhone.

Always love staying at this hotel. All rooms are suites. Only issue is that I couldn't get the room colder than 72 degrees.

Attended an event in their conference area and everything really nice. The hotel is very clean and the staff are really nice. The ballroom was packed pretty tight but other than that it was a great experience.

We enjoyed our time at the Marriott. The wait staff was friendly, the ballroom was excellent, and the food was delicious. While we didn't stay the night (we were just attending a wedding reception) I did have a chance to visit one of the rooms, and the room I was in was quite comfortable looking and clean, and my friend had no complaints about her stay!

We have had a couple conferences here and were more then happy each time. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Great service here, nice rooms and the restaurant serves up good food. The fitness center was great too (mostly because I found it empty ). This is my go-to spot for business travel and I m never disappointed.

Service was awesome. Was not impressed with the cleanliness of the room, beds were ok. Overall the room was a nice size, would recommend.

We booked a meeting room for a speaker and our company's quarterly meeting. They have a lot of meeting rooms available in varying sizes. We ordered both breakfast and lunch and both were very good. We also had drinks available in the room. We did have some poor sound through the sound system but we made it work. We definitely will come back for future meetings.
