Mimis Cafe Review

Good homely food when you get sick of the usual takeaway joints.

My favorite breakfast and brunch restaurant and location to go to nearby Disneyland. I love their indoor decor and variety; the quality of food items is excellent. My favorite: french toast with scrambled eggs and potatoes. Delicious and perfectly suitable for the Disneyland area.

Mostly friendly only had one guy on all our visits there that wasnt very friendly we visited 6 times

Food was poor quality. Meatloaf was dry and cheeseburger was over cooked.

The food and the service were good. But we had to wait behind an employee who was getting baked goods for their family that ate at the restaurant so it was a 10 min delay to what should have been a quick in and out for french onion soup and bread.

Our go-to place for breakfast and some dinners while visiting Disneyland. The service has always been wonderful, prices are good and the food is awesome! They are always accommodating for the picky eaters in our party and have some good plant based options for those trying to be good while on vacation. We'll definitely be back the next time we are visiting Disneyland!

We had a party of 10. All the food came out together. Service was good and food was great!

The waitress was not very kind and gave preference to other tables over ours, it took her a long time to just take our orders and over 40 minutes to bring the food.

Coffee was not good and usually is great coffee. Was advised that the machines were done by a company to clean out etc. Compensated me with a muffin. Potatoes tasted dry and not as fresh as usual. Still love mimi's

Food here is excellent, and whenever we're in Anaheim we always have dinner at Mimi's

Quality lunch on Disney Property! If you are hungry in the area stop at Mimi's.

Mimi's restaurant let's talk about it directions are disaster the waitresses and waiters are unattractive and uncaring the food is good but if you have allergies to alcohol don't eat there because they don't tell you that the food is inundated with alcohol French onion dip has alcohol in it and they going to tell you the the meatloaf has great has alcohol in it they don't tell you but if you want a quiet place it's not for it because the other Mimi's restaurant is closed on Euclid so you only one you can go to his Disneyland on Harbor and Manchester it's not kid-friendly because it's screaming brats everywhere but the manager is very nice her name is Monique Anaheim Hills Yorba Linda Boulevard area there's another Mimi's restaurant over there but all in all if you want quietness don't come to this restaurant if you want waiters and waitresses that are attentive don't come here if you want to mess you restaurant but Mimi's name go to the one on Euclid is closed now

It's close to Disneyland and it's not too packed. Great place for a calming dinner.

Service wasn't great. Took kind of a long time to get our food but it was super busy. Food was fresh and tasty.

Getting better! Make the deco less 90's tho! Bring back your brand muffin!

Better than and more reasonably priced than any meal you'll find at Disneyland. Great happy hour specials on House Wine also. Wish I would have discovered this place years ago...easy stroll from the park and totally worth it

Visited Disneyland for the first time, and spent a week loving this restaurant. Prices amazing, food and service, phenomenal. Would love to get my hands on the bread pudding recipe.

A good place to experience at least once. This place is conveniently located outside of disney. Wait time is always long to go be seated, Wait time for food is always long

Great food and reasonably priced. Easy to sit with kids and speedy enough. Their Muffins are the bomb.

Food was only average, on the cool site, not piping hot. And others have commented, service was seriously sub-average.

Always like coming here before heading into Disneyland. Typically no wait if you're early or late enough in the morning during the times we went since most folks will be at the parks. Portions are good and filling for the price compared other to the places in the park. Love getting a mimosa every time we visit.

We wasn't not allowed to bring our small dog to the patio area... we call previously to ask and we was told dog was okay at patio... but unfortunately when we got there was not... Poor experience... it's time to analyze it... we are never going back again.

Very sweet service. Food was over the top. Had French onion soup and a Chopped Cobb salad. Tasty.

Walked over to Mimi's from our hotel. Location is convenient for tourists. Service was good and the waitress was kind and attentive. I ordered the New York steak and it tasted like they didn't have any seasoning in the kitchen.

Undercooked omelette and potatoes.. 35 minute until they decided to remake it because a Cook decide to burn it. And the waitress absolutely didn't give a damn about it

The food tasted like it was out of a can, the service was below average, and the server didn t even check to make sure we received our entire order until we left.

Bad service from our waitress Issy. Took forever getting our drinks and never came over to see if we needed anything else.

Excellent service!! My family enjoyed a great lunch of soup, salad, and a muffin. I recommend the corn chowder soup and the carrot raisin muffin. Service was fast and friendly.

A pleasent surprise - far better than I expected. After a long and exhausting day at Disneyland, my husband and I were in need of food (and spirits).

The food was wonderful - my husband, who travels the world and is quite critical could not believe how wonderful the salmon was.
While I opted for a simpler soup and salad, both were just right. No cheap romaine and iceberg lettuce fillers, but a full plate of spinach.

To a greater surprise was a wine list (which I never expected there) that had a fair variety for a chain.

The experience was made best by the wonderful servers and staff. I would gladly go back.

I usually like Minis but this one had issues..food was okay but had a real problem with the bathroom , it was not kept up to Mimis usual standards and if you eat out a lot like i do you know that if the bathroom is dirty usual the kitchen is too..so the managment needs to step it up

Very enjoyable. Good food, excellent service and reasonable prices. Not the cheapest you'll find but the food is worth the little extra expense.

I wanna start by saying Thank you for an incredibly delicious breakfast plus A+++ service! Of course the icing on the cake is when your order arrives via a runner rather than a waiter or waitress:) What's the big deal you ask, the food arrives HOT!

Came to Mimi s, across the street from both of my jobs, between work today. I m so glad I did. Zulema (sp?) was a remarkable waitress and made an incredible recommendation for my midday meal. Despite my solo dining, she treated me to one of the best dining experiences I have ever had, especially alone! She cared for every single table with grace and care and remembered every drink (as I heard from tables around me). Thank you, Zulema for the amazing experience!!!!

Some waiters here take a very long time in between taking your order and checking on you. Sometimes can be very busy because of Disneyland guests.

Love Mimi's! Unlimited crepes on Monday night. Will definitely go again soon!

Mimi's Bistro + Bakery is one of the best food source in the place!!

Checked this place out due to the close proximity to our hotel. Upon entering we were warmly greeted by two hostesses in a pleasant setting.
We were quickly seated and greeted by our waitress. She first asked if we had been in to Mimi's before. Once she learned that this was our first visit she informed us of the drink selections and let us know we would be getting some bread.
Attentive and friendly is how I would best describe the staff here.
When the food came the portion sizes were plate fulls of wonderfully prepared meals.
A large chicken salad and the salmon with roasted potatoes was our order.
The salmon was delectable. The only complaint we had was that the salad could have used some more chicken. Both dishes were fenomenal.
The service was great to the end. As we prepared to pay and depart our waitress offered to bring us to go cups with refill of our drinks.
For a party of two we got out the door for about $35. I would gladly return to Mimi's.

Greta experience here. We were seated within the 5 mins even tho it was busy for a morning. The waitress took our drink orders right away, and returned quickly. The potatoes here are awesome! Perfect seasoning and just soft enough. Also the blueberry muffin is like a bite of blue heaven! The food was warm and served within 20 mins. Just wish the one over in Concord was like this.

Delicious food, wonderful attentive staff and reasonably priced. We spent ten days in Anaheim recently and ate here almost everyday. Even my fussy eaters enjoyed the food. A great family restaurant! I give it 5 stars!
