Used all different power tools from Milwaukee and most of the ones I use at work are 8 year's old but work like new!

No complaints about the tools or warranties. I just have an issue with the hours of operation for the store. Overwhelming percentage of Milwaukee tool customers are tradesmen who generally work M-F at least 7am to 3:30 pm! Is there any possibility of being open later during the week or Saturday hours?

They are the best tool that was ever made, we like the life time warranty system it is a great system

great place I went to the store in Norcross GA great service and support. I would not buy any other power tools again.

I went here to exchange a tool belt that I was told by them thru email to do so and they offered me a "partial" warranty. So it would only cost me $52 to buy a product that ripped and started getting holes in it after 3 months of use my $50 bucket boss one lasted 2 years with no holes or rips which I still have thankfully and the bonus was he would let me keep the old one. How insulting this is between me and the company I work for we spend a ton of money on Milwaukee tool stuff even the markers. I am very happy that they have an exchange program where I live because that will be my mission today to get rid of anything Milwaukee tool related. I hope a $100 tool belt was worth it!! Take my advise buy Bosch or dewalt they really do stand behind their products and get that a $100 tool belt is not worth losing thousands in annual business.

What good is a service center if the hours are 8-4? Don't they understand that we work with these tools? Can't put in an honest days work if I can't get my machines back. & yes they break, like everything else. Thanks for making my life more difficult

I honestly like Milwaukee products and I think when the tools work they are great unfortunately if you use them everyday for work they will break every few months just pretty annoyed that a loyal customer who spends thousands of dollars a year on tools can t even get a warranty I was told that my equipment can be repaired but it will cost me more than the item itself Just don t believe the 5 year warranty on the box.

Milwakee China made titanium drill bits are total junk, beware they are a waste of time and money, they snap, get dull super fast and only frustrate you, maybe ok for wood, but definitely Not steel!

Sent in my m12 Bandsaw for repair. The blade tracking adjustment had broken. A very fast and speedy repair by Milwaukee. Within Six. Count it SIX days my tool was shipped from NY to Milwaukee; Repaired, then returned to my doorstep. I used to buy Ridgid power tools at home depot for there lifetime warranty. However there repairs take minimum of a month and they repair as little as possible. The technician replaced a part on my bandsaw that I thought was perfectly fine (had SOME wear but nothing I thought to be bad) [s]he replaced them without discretion. I use my bandsaw every day. If you use your tools every day a 5 year warranty (which no it's not from date of purchase people it's a manufacturer date. You dont fill out a warranty registration form so dont expect 5 years from DOP) it's a very generous offer from Milwaukee to fix them. Thanks again guys!!! My ProPress tool will be seeing you soon!

Great tools from a company the stands behind their products. I just received excellent service on a warranty repair. I highly recommend Milwaukee when it comes to power tools.

Its not all bad, milwaukee tools will do just fine for DIY projects, but don't base your paycheck on the durability of milwaukee tools, i don't have time to sit and wait for repairs, and my customers don't want excuses, (3 different tools -8 different repair) over the past 18 mths. I am going to shift to one of the big 3 (snap-on, mac, matco) I believe milwaukee got caught up in trying to cover to wide of a market share, and didn't focus on the long-term durable product.

Paid a load of money for my new milwaukee compressor and when I received it brand new out of the box yesterday my air filter was crushed and these wires were cut on it i am furious simply because all I buy is milwaukee and I know they make great cordless tools but I'm disappointed today. And just so you know I have invested somewhere around $10,000 - $12,000 in milwaukee products and never had this problem hopefully they can make this right. And speedy

I am a service plumber. I changed out all of my handtools from Crescent, channel locks to Milwaukee. It was a bad decision the red Rubber on the handles keeps coming off. It s happening to all my wrenches. I tried going back to the store and they refuse to exchange them. I emailed Milwaukee and they never responded. My tools are how I make a living I need dependable tools and at this point Milwaukee has not come through

Purchased a tool earlier in the year that started to malfunction. Sent it back and got it fixed for $0. Awesome :) Very pleased.

I love Milwaukee tools. I have, hundreds?! I really wish this tubing cutter I just bought was labeled properly though! I've deduced it's only for copper, since it doesn't fit my 1/2 x .049 Tubing. :( Hopefully someday soon I'll have a use for it! (The packaging does not say copper anywhere on it)
