Sent in my m12 Bandsaw for repair. The blade tracking adjustment had broken. A very fast and speedy repair by Milwaukee. Within Six. Count it SIX days my tool was shipped from NY to Milwaukee; Repaired, then returned to my doorstep. I used to buy Ridgid power tools at home depot for there lifetime warranty. However there repairs take minimum of a month and they repair as little as possible. The technician replaced a part on my bandsaw that I thought was perfectly fine (had SOME wear but nothing I thought to be bad) [s]he replaced them without discretion. I use my bandsaw every day. If you use your tools every day a 5 year warranty (which no it's not from date of purchase people it's a manufacturer date. You dont fill out a warranty registration form so dont expect 5 years from DOP) it's a very generous offer from Milwaukee to fix them. Thanks again guys!!! My ProPress tool will be seeing you soon!
