First experience became negative and disappointing. Mini One 2007 was given for full scan, total oil change, AC repair and service. Ended up with a totally disappointing result with a car that had been messed up. The Car had only 25k Miles on it. But injector "O" rings replaced. No scan report todate. Knocking engine. Worst, after almost a month in the workshop the car that was driven smoothly cannot be relied upon any more. It is evident that Milroy/ Rohan cannot and does not provide the service they were reputed for. Lack of skilled staff and honesty in service is clearly evident. Bought a BMW e46 with over 100K mileage and went for first service as they are well reputed in Sri Lanka. i did the inspection from them as well. after the service and replacing of unnecessary parts (total was more than 115K), car started to give more problems than it ever had. i used the car for 2 month before giving it to milroy's and it never had any running issue. after the worthless spend of money, car was knocking, clinking noises in everything u can name on. when i called back also, they were giving thousands of excuses and asked to bring the car back to them to charge me for things that car never needed. avoid this place as much as possible.

They were helpful to the extent that they said that they do not have much spares these days ( maybe it s due to the corona import restrictions) but they did point me in the right direction by offering me recommendations on other places. Maybe they deserve one more star but since they were not the go-to place for BMW that they profess to be, I took out two from the star rating.

To anyone who does buy a second hand BMW, people might be aware of how poorly our people uses vehicle and how they do not do their timely services. But after purchasing my BMW 320i there were issues that came up, but everything was sorted out and Mr. Joseph at Milroy has a great knowledge and helps maintain a better record of your vehicle, and the prices involved is also reasonable.
