American food and the scene here is super good. Great place to meet and catch up with friends. I've had nothing but enjoyable experiences here and plan to keep visiting. This place has a great atmosphere. Menu is like a place in San Francisco I loved.

I have been going to Millers Pub for the last 30 years and was there 3 weeks ago. Since they remodelled, it seems the food has changed, The menu is different/changed as well. . For example we couldn't get 1/2 rack of ribs, so we ordered a whole rack - what came out tasted weirdly seasoned, and was a pretty small rack of full ribs. It tasted like they just warmed up something pre-cooked. And the cole slaw was a slop of mayonnaise with shredded lettuce/cabbage. Tasteless. I did let the maitre'd know and he said he'd speak to the owners. I used to LOVE this restaurant..Doubt I'll return. The one star is for the waiter who was fabulous.

Had a very delicious and reasonably priced dinner. I have frequented this restaurant oof and on since college back in 1980s.

Miller's Pub has daily specials (tonight's was corned beef and cabbage) which is a dish I do love but tonight I opted for the Salmon and quinoa tabbouleh; which both perfectly prepared.

I do not know if the decor has changed since much since I first started dining there and at times some sections are very dimly lit, but the place is always clean, always busy (even at lunch).

I recommend it to any new visitors to Chicago (it's next to the historic Palmer House hotel) as well as any native Chicagoans that may have passed it up for more trendy establishments. The food is good and in great portion sizes and affordable.

A traditional Chicago bar and restaurant that takes you back to another era. Great drinks with an extensive beer list and if course the old school cocktails...remember Rob Roy... The food is hearty and good. Worth checking out a bit of Chicago history.

I come up to Chicago from Indy a couple times a year.
I love seeking out new local spots to eat - let's face it: Chicago is a foodie's paradise.
This trip, we were celebrating my son's birthday and we went for a random walk last night around dinnertime.
We saw Miller's across the street.
I will say that from the host, to our waitress, the food to even the busser at the end...everything was excellent.
There's something about the coleslaw...it's incredible.
The 4-Alarm Burger gets my recommendation for anyone looking for a little bit of heat in their life.
I would have no issue swinging through Miller's on my next trip to Chicago.

With my dad in a wheelchair and only high top tables outside, they brought out a table and seated us- it felt like a VIP table being brought out to us like the dining scene in Goodfellas!
Jackie, our waitress, was awesome-very attentive.
Management was amazing.
Best of all, the food and prices-very reasonable prices and a great meal. My dad got a huge salad and I had the french dip. Onion rings as an app, absolutely no complaints about the entire experience. My first time in Chicago and I was lucky enough to find Miller's. If I ever come back, I definitely know where I'll be having lunch again!
Thanks again to all the staff, we were only in Chicago for a layover and you gave us some great memories sitting on the patio, enjoying really good food!

Go to a nearby PUB to spend the night in Chicago. I went in the evening but it was already quite crowded. When you enter the store, you will first be asked whether the number of people and the table or counter. I was alone, so I sat at the counter, but it was almost full.
The ceiling is high and feels like a large hall. The walls are decorated with boards from local teams such as cubs.
As soon as you sit at the counter, the bartender will ask you to order, so choose a local Chicago beer from the drink menu. The food is basically large in size. I made fish and chips but couldn't eat (laughs). $ 30 for 2 beers and food. In the case of card payment, we gave a receipt to write the price of the chip after checking, so I wrote about 20% and stood up.
I think that it is a little higher than Japan, but it may be like this when considering the atmosphere fee.

Classic food, both mostly good and some bad. Excellent martinis, fried shrimp, mashed potatoes, ribs. So so salad, bread. Service may have been too fast for me, but perhaps they assume people who show at 5:55 want in and out. In our case, this was true.

Great pub food, we had the fish fry & the ribs/chicken combo & it was great, also loved the craft beer selection as a cider drinker, nice to have choices beyond tge usual Angry Orchard! The best part was our server Kristin, I don't know how you remember all those facts on so many beverages & entrees!!

Kind of epic really. I really enjoyed walking around the park, and the big bean mirror is amazing. I could tell everyone was really excited about it. The cafe area could use a makeover, and the restroom too. The park is a real treasure.

Went here for my 25th Wedding Anniversary after leaving the Chicago Jazz Festival. The ribs were as good as I remembered and I'd not been here for dinner in 30 years! My husband had the fried catfish, which was tasty as well. Our server was busy but attentive, and the food was piping hot.

Classic/Historic location. There are lots of regulars. They recently renovated the entrance lobby so it's more open, which is very nice.

The reason for only three stars is because the food is alright and the customer service isn't always great. BUT, let me further clarify.

I've definitely eaten here more than once but only due to the convenience of the location. The food is fine (the onion rings ARE pretty dang good) but it's nothing that I would recommend to anyone. As for the customer service, it's on par with how established this restaurant is. Meaning, they've been here for a while and it seems like they don't exactly need to win anyone over anymore.

Not saying I've encountered rude or inconsiderate staff, though. They just don't have the typical niceties that most places have.

Great classically-styled bar, very conveniently located off the Loop at Adams & Wabash. The food menu is mostly old school staples, think steaks, pork chops & salads. Excellent beer selection with a mix of local breweries, national microbrews, some international options, and the usual suspects. Cocktail menu matches the decor -- classic & unpretentious.

Didn't have too much time on my lunch break and couldn't really decide on what to eat as I work in the area and have eaten at pretty much all the locations here. I stopped in to place an order to go I was greeted very fast and friendly and I ordered the Leg of Lamb sandwich OMG... it was absolutely delicious!!!! I highly recommend for anyone to try this if you like lamb. The portion was generous and I was expecting some thinly sliced barely any meat kind of sandwich but I was pleasantly surprised with thick cuts of lamb that was I would say about medium cooked. D-E-LICIOUS!!! I will definitely order this again.

Atmosphere, and service was amazing. Seriously awesome staff. However, the 40 dollar mignon was over cooked for medium, and dry. The mushrooms were the kind you get straight out of a can. Not cooked fresh. In my opinion this was a 20 dollar steak not nearly close to 40. My salad was swimming in ranch, and I love ranch lol. The spinach dip was overcooked and burned.

Atmosphere and staff = amazing
Food= not worth the money

I ve been here more than 10 times.. I did promise myself to eat Hamburger only in this place, because I consider it the best-in-class!!!
So, I dont eat burger often anymore for that, but sacrify really worth!! It is a busy place but never delay orders and quality of service is incredible.

I went here for the first and last time on Saturday 11/5. The burger i ordered was ok, everything else was uneatable. The fries and onions tasted like they had been sitting under a heating lamp for hours. I felt sick within minutes of eating them, and had to cancel my plans for the rest of the day as a result, for which I paid over $50 for the privilage. I'm writing this review 2 days later and I still haven't fully recovered. I suggest you avoid consuming anything from here except bottled beer.

Don't let the name fool you, authentic and delicious Greek dishes along side steak, ribs, and chops are on the same great menu. No doubt the cocktails are traditional and served by those who really know how to mix a drink, and the seasonal Tom & Jerry is not to be missed like happened to me last year, but not this year. Bar area has kept true to the original pub atmosphere following last years renovation, and the dining rooms have maintained their old Chicago charm. We had a party of seven on a busy night during the holidays, and after a short wait beyond our reserved time slot, the service was just like I remember from the era when waiting on tables was an esteemed profession.
We shared three tasty starters, had another round at the table, and ordered a variety of dinners and well crafted sandwiches as each of us liked. And left just enough room to split some tempting desserts (it's the holidays, all right). If you are in the loop for lunch, dinner or anytime for drinks, definitely stop in at Miller's, and if it's crowded like it is at peak times, hang in there; they clear them out rather quickly, and you won't regret waiting.
