A Chicago classic with great food and great location in the loop. Service is outstanding with a hustling wait staff. They offer a classy beer selection and the food is good and abundant for the price.

The prices are very fair for the Chicago standard. The wait staff is experienced on the ball. The bar is a cozy happening area. This is a must when I am in town. Thank you for the great service.

Who walk in the city.
So I decided to jump in the evening. The pub is located in Wacheb Street, almost a corner of Monroe Blop. Today is undergoing renovation.
I ordered beer and half onion rings. The food was delicious and the place was quite full.
A nice half-dark atmosphere Pleasant music in the sixties, not too loud. And it was fun sitting there and singing softly to yourself. A very nice waitress.
There was no air, though it was written.

Good food and good drink selection. The staff seemed overwhelmed when we were there since it was on a busy night. The service ended up being slow and we had to wait about 40 minutes for our food. Not sure if this is typical. The atmosphere was nice other than that. The restaurant was nice and spacious and had enough room from the other customers.

The food is okay. I was expecting more from this place. Everyone was telling me to check it out and it was okay. Our waiter Keith was a little rude at first. Not sure what was going on their. At the end he fine. Again, the food was okay.

Had a drink whilst we waited for our table... A great selection of beers and ciders.
Pork was good but the lamb was disappointing.
Had the rice pudding but it was cold... I was expecting it to be hot.

Honestly, I don't have a single reservation with this establishment. It was crowded on a Monday night - at midnight - which was a great sign to begin with. The place is pretty big inside, and it has that "classic" feel that I've missed since moving away from the East Coast. It's almost like a bar and a chophouse had a baby and out popped Miller's Pub.
I tried an ipa and the truffle burger... It took a bit of deciding, as the menu had a lot of delicious sounding choices. Jeffrey, my server, was extremely insightful when it came to the food and drink menu breakdown. He was actually the one that recommended the burger I tried.
The burger was cooked just as requested, and tasted delicious (It's been 20 minutes since I've finished and i don't feel like I have "the itis" or anything. +)! The fries were very good, as well. Not heavy or greasy, rather fluffy and delicious. Even the cole slaw was pretty good.
The music in here is cool - all different types of flavors and not a single bad one! (Currently listening to "Up On Melancholy Hill," which happens to be one of my favorite songs. Just another one of the things that keeps me wanting to stay here.
Even the seats at the booths are comfortable! There was no sitting room at the bar area, but it worked out because i love my private feeling little booth. The atmosphere is great just the way it is: dimly-lit slightly breezy, yet so full of life! This place is going on my recommendations list. See you next time!

Took my mother to lunch here recently. It was the first time for me visiting Miller's Pub, she has been here for years. Soon as you walk in, you get that old school vibe because of the old decor. Miller's Pub has been a staple in Chicago for years and the pictures on the wall of celebs shows that.

Lets get to what you really want to know, the food. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and a Stella draft. The pulled pork sandwich was just average, wasn't anything spectacular. Fries were pretty good and of course the Stella was great. My mother order the Half slab of BBQ ribs and she said they were excellent. Im usually leery of places that boast about being great at one particular item because Im usually disappointed but their ribs were really good so I definitely recommend someone trying it. She said her drink could have been a little bit stronger but besides that no real complaints.

Staff was great. Our waiter kept checking on us to make sure we didn't need anything. And we were seated right away. I imagine this place gets a little bit busier after work so if you are going then, you may have to wait.

Price was very reasonable especially for downtown. Seems like a great spot to meet up with your family without the stuffy atmosphere. Or if you are visiting Chicago and want to see a landmark restaurant, I'd recommend here.

The site has flavor.

The site has flavor.
Of the typical dishes of the site, the ribs are good, a little other made for the Spanish taste and the prawns are a rebocina, you can not find the prawn anywhere.
The price according to what the restaurants in Chicago are worth, a bit high for the quality.
The service not very fast but of maximum kindness.

This is a Chicago classic. They just expanded the restaurant and it is much roomier. The food is good and the service is great. Even for downtown prices, the food is reasonably priced. I usually get the fish and chips and my wife gets the lamb. While you are waiting for your food, you can marvel at all the beautiful stained glass, glass chandeliers and of course autographed pictures of all the stars that have eaten there. Definitely, a must see.

The Tom and Jerry is a warm alcoholic drink. Tasty, a lot of nutmeg on top.
The food was good and plentiful. If you're right in money get the fried chicken and split it. Burgers were also amazing.

Went around 6 and there was a long wait. We were told it would be 15 but took 30 minutes. Before we ordered I asked if they still had their chicken pie, the waiter supposedly check and informed us yes. I ordered and he took the menu. Then he returned and said they were gone. Only 2 minutes had passed since I ordered and was disappointed. Without a menu I had to give another choice. Staff was busy and we felt a bit rushed. Food was okay.

This place is a Chicago icon. The food is excellent. The atmosphere is great. Soft light, lots of dark wood panelling, absolutely the kind of place you would have expected to run into the Rat Pack back in the day.

We were on Sunday after the marathon. Although the hostess was pleasant, we were treated very badly by a waitress who unfortunately did not bear her name. He yelled at us because we didn't decide what to eat threw away the dishes and when we demanded that behavior, then he spoke to us in Spanish, meanwhile he didn't know. We leave the place without eating and we will not recommend it. Tourists treat each other well although they don't like Latinos.
