Very helpful people Kyle was very knowledgeable. Great selection of furniture everything else you would need to furnish your house.

I really liked how I was greeted right when I walked into the store. Pam helped me look for what I was there for. Very friendly person. I loved the selection and was very pleased with the price. I will come back again for my next furniture needs!

I rate this company really a 4.5-4.8. The sales person was not my favorite. She was great the first time we went there. Our second round she had a strange way of trying to sell the product and afterwards when I talked to her I felt like a bother. But the delivery people and the carpet layer were very pleasant. I did have a flaw on the table and a couple of rub marks on the sofa and chair but the sofa was already replaced and the chair and table are on order. I did have questions on the carpet because I believe it is a new kind and it has pet technology and warranty with it. Kelly was amazing and tried to answer all of my questions. I felt like he really would do anything he could to take care of any problems I may have. I would definitely recommend this company to others and will return when I want to make changes. I believe this is an honest and reliable company with so far great service. As soon as the replacements come in I know it will all look beautiful. Thank you Miller s of Claflin.

I had a great experience with Miller s of Claflin! Dawnya helped me find the exact chair I was looking for and was so pleasant and helpful! The delivery workers did a great job getting it in quick with no issues! Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and helpful!

The lady knew what she was doing. It didn't take as long as I had thought. Very friendly, didn't pressure you into making a sale. I hope the rest of the deal goes just as smoothly.

The people helping me to pick out my furniture were excellent, the gentleman that was supposed to help me find a loan, not so much! Guaranteed credit approval is a joke and when I called back to check on the set we liked for half the price, can't even get a response on wether or not that route is a possibility!

Clean, well organized store with knowledgeable staff makes for an easy, positive shopping experience.

Love shopping here- friendly sales people and HUGE selection. I don t go anywhere else!!!

They have the finest selection in Kansas. Family owned since 1903, these folks will go above and beyond to furnish your home exactly the way you'd like!!! Shop for every room in your home, including their awesome flooring department. Don't forget the mattress gallery. It has over 50 mattresses from the best brands around.

Working with them was so easy and I got my furniture earlier than expected! The delivery took 5 minutes at most and they were super respectful. The purchasing process over the phone was very easy too!

I agree with all the comments provided with regard to the shopping experience at Millers furniture. We have used Millers for both carpet and furniture Excellent experience.

The reason for the three stars on review was that the furniture we ordered was delivered without all the correct pieces that we paid for, which was frustrating. Apparently what we paid for was not what the store ordered. The delivery personnel showed proper concern and immediately made a call back to store to discuss the issue. I fully expected a follow up the following day to understand whether they had the missing piece in warehouse or whether it would have to be reordered. I received no follow up and had to call and inquire. What I found out was that they had to piece and had put me on a future delivery schedule to make it right.

Best place in Kansas to shop for quality furniture. Have been shopping there since early '90's and have never been disappointed in any purchase.

I purchased a desk, filing cabinet, and desk chair for my office from Miller's and could not be more pleased. The furniture looks great and was priced reasonably, especially when you factor in that assembly and delivery are included. The salesman and the delivery guys were friendly and dependable. Outstanding experience. We will be returning when we're ready to furnish our new home.

Amazing service from purchase to delivery. We came in 'just looking' and to our surprise we actually agreed on a couch and recliner. We were never pressured but our salesperson was always available to answer our questions. The furniture needed to be ordered which was fine with us as we were getting our floors done. But to our surprise the furniture arrived before our floors were done. Miller's was great. They held our furniture in storage for a month while our floors were getting done. As soon as we were ready, we called them and it was on the next available delivery. Also had the best delivery persons. Kind, professional and great service. We will be coming back.

Millers has been wonderful. We bought a mattress set and a new bedroom set. They communicated promptly when there was delivery issues. The delivery guys were courteous, respectful, and kind. When there was an issue with the quality of the mattress, Millers got it taken care of right away and replaced with a better mattress.

I cannot say enough about Of Miller's of Clafflin. The staff from Managers to delivery on time was really nice and they were SO very good, patient with resolving, no matter how small an issue. Please just stop and look around, more than mattresses.
We will always keep you in mind. You are all so fun to be around

I purchased two Lazy Boy recliners and a Flexsteel recliner from Miller's. Robin in sales was professional and provided timely updates on my order. Delivery was courteous and professional.
