I rate this company really a 4.5-4.8. The sales person was not my favorite. She was great the first time we went there. Our second round she had a strange way of trying to sell the product and afterwards when I talked to her I felt like a bother. But the delivery people and the carpet layer were very pleasant. I did have a flaw on the table and a couple of rub marks on the sofa and chair but the sofa was already replaced and the chair and table are on order. I did have questions on the carpet because I believe it is a new kind and it has pet technology and warranty with it. Kelly was amazing and tried to answer all of my questions. I felt like he really would do anything he could to take care of any problems I may have. I would definitely recommend this company to others and will return when I want to make changes. I believe this is an honest and reliable company with so far great service. As soon as the replacements come in I know it will all look beautiful. Thank you Miller s of Claflin.
