I agree with all the comments provided with regard to the shopping experience at Millers furniture. We have used Millers for both carpet and furniture Excellent experience.

The reason for the three stars on review was that the furniture we ordered was delivered without all the correct pieces that we paid for, which was frustrating. Apparently what we paid for was not what the store ordered. The delivery personnel showed proper concern and immediately made a call back to store to discuss the issue. I fully expected a follow up the following day to understand whether they had the missing piece in warehouse or whether it would have to be reordered. I received no follow up and had to call and inquire. What I found out was that they had to piece and had put me on a future delivery schedule to make it right.
