DO NOT USE! I was ripped off on an ATM withdrawal, and charged a 10% premium on exchange (1.22 versus 1.11). Also, the standard limit for ATMs is 400 euro per day in Portugal. This one limited me to 200 euros. This will cost me another fee from my bank. NO receipt available because the machine had not been properly maintained.another machine was not working, and another had been removed. As an international traveler, I expect to pay a small premium (3%), but not 10%. They have abusive practices, and I strongly recommend against using them!
