Millennia is incompetent to take up any real estate projects. They only know to take customers for a ride. They are not straight forward. They promise one and deliver something worst. Project execution is very poor.
Request new customers not to do business with them. They are cheats.

We are facing many maintenance problem at this layout. (Maintenance in-charge is Mr. KP)
Almost mid of last month borwell mortar stopped working and till date there is no correction, i am staying in layout with my family and we are daily updating it to Mr. KP for the same and till date problem is not resolved, 20 days are too much to resolve it.
other then that no park maintained and not a single amenity is provided.
and in night time lights are also switching off to save layout bill, but lights are needed for visibility in night.
Request you to take some proper actions to make your layout's people life easy.
Hope you guys understands these problems.
I had been to this place. Wonderful people, good projects they have handled.
