I will absolutely recommend this company. They only focus is on the development of its coworkers and the achievements not only of profesional but also personal goals, by doing them over a great team environment, culture and atmosphere . If you are looking for an exciting change in career where you will also see great results in the kind term ,Millennium Events would be the best place to do so.

This company is not what they portray to be if you re looking for a career here. I can not speak for their customers. I applied for a job that was advertised as a Business Administrative Assistance I quickly received a call from HR to do a pre screening phone interview and was again quickly moved to do a zoom interview with the Marketing Director. In both of these interviews I was told the job was entry level with quick advancement opportunities. It seemed like a wonderful company to work with and I was really excited about the opportunity. The evening after my first 2 interviews I was scheduled for a third interview the next day. That s when I realized that this was not a business but instead a pyramid style scheme. The job wasn t business administration but instead marketing for companies. You know those annoying people at Sams club that are constantly trying to sell something? Okay, well I could probably still do marketing administration, until I realized I didn t want to be that annoying person and the bulk of the salary was commissioned based and the wage was $8/hour. If you re looking for something that you can build your own salary and work your butt off for commission, and don t have a lot of bills, this may be for you. But if you re looking for something with stable hours and stable income, I wouldn t waste your time. The first two interviews didn t mention any of this. It wasn t until the 3rd interview that this all played out. At this point I was already wondering why someone who has only been with the company for 1 month was interviewing me, but maybe they had knowledge. Nope. She was basically recruiting me to be on her team which is the definition of a pyramid company. I would ve fallen under her until I reached a level in the company and recruited my own employees. They re not very clear about what the job entails until this 3rd interview and that s when the pieces start coming together.

TL;DR. : this company pays $8/hour and advertises jobs that are not actual jobs to attempt to recruit you into a pyramid scheme.

All positions posted are false descriptions, written to lure people to apply. I applied for an Administrative Assistant position and discovered through questioning that there s not an Administrative position, it s sales. They want to start you out selling products at a booth in a store such as Costco, to get people to sign up for whatever products they are pushing. You get $20 per name on your sign up sheet, if that s something you want to do go for it. I found this to be a waste of my time and effort. I m looking for a legitimate office job and that s what was advertised and not what it is at all. Don t fall for this scam or waste your precious time on them. You are worth more than that. Run!

They advertised a job position that I was qualified for then had me join an interview to sell from a folding table at Costco.

People get few opportunities in life where they have an option to change their lifestyles and master their people skills! This is absolutely one of those opportunities for me. Whether or not I achieve my goals this place will always have a special part in my mind with their transparency and integrity. Which if I listen to people that are better than me I doubt I won t achieve my goals.

I've had the pleasure of working with Millennium Events Management from California and Texas. The work culture is unlike any other. Although I'm based in California when I landed in Dallas for the first time the whole crew welcomed me with open arms and treated me like family from day 1. I'm beyond fortunate to have the opportunity to be a part of such an amazing crew where everybody is focused on helping each other achieve their goals.

Millennium Events is an amazing marketing and advertising company that promotes very fast growth. I love everyone I work with. They are the most friendly, close-knitted group! I have had many other jobs in the past and grudged going to work everyday, when I started with millennium - I enjoy going to work everyday and getting to meet and conversate with new people. I work a lot already.. but even want to work more with how much fun I have at work everyday! I love the fast growth opportunity, and better how everyone in the company wants you to grow and achieve all of your personal and Business goals. I am very excited everyday when I wake up and go to work and even get opportunities to speak with executives, CEO s, etc. I am shocked in how this company gives you so much training and experience in the marketing and advertising industry.. all for free. Most people have to pay thousands of dollars to learn the systems and this company gives it to you for free. If you want to make lots of money with no cap, be around some of the most friendly, fun people, and get free training and benefits. This is the job for you!
