The second time I do not want to get here. More than 9 hours. Very very all not in a hurry.

They are the biggest a-hole company to work with. This company cheated there ex-employees and got away with it. Know they cheat truck drivers of there money. Baldor forces truck drivers to break the log book law and deliver earlier or he takes $500 out of there money. He is a shady business man. Theres a lot of artical back in early 2000's of his ex-employees took him to court coz he won't pay over time he worked them. Baldor became rich off of poor employees and truck drivers cheated money. He is a cheat, a thief. Shame on companies that give pig's like him business.

I will never ever give my business to this company. As I was dining, one of your drivers was making a delivery next to the restaurant I was dining at. As we were eating the worker was constantly using profanities very loud and making derogatory remarks about women he knew with no regard to all the patrons around him. I was out to eat with my elderly grandparents; my grandmother has extremely horrible Alzheimer s. The man kept slamming the back of the truck multiple times and it was frightening my grandmother. As we got up to leave it happened again and she jumped. We were caught off guard and screeched in response as we didn t know what was happening. The man on the truck then continued to say to my mother as we were taking care of her elderly parents yo it s called a job lady and got extremely disrespectful with her. I stood up to defend my mom as she walked away and he continued to make misogynistic comments. I don t know about you but we own a family business and if we had workers representing our business who are actually misogynistic and making disgusting comments about women they would be fired within the minute. My Maid Of Honor actually works for Facebook and she will definitely be helping me in getting this dealt with in a proper way. If this man is not dealt with it shows that you, Baldor Specialty Foods, shares in the same opinion of woman as your workers do and that is just not acceptable.

I delivered a load of produce here.. compared to the market right across the street, this place is heaven... if I ever come back to the Bronx, I hope I come back here to Baldor.

Disgrace and against the truck drivers.... they want u to park on the street were you are not allowed on. Garbage people. They used to let you in before now they expect you to come check in and they sit you on a none parking allowance street. Who the hell does that. This will be my last time to this garbage whole.

Wouldn't recommend anyone to work here I rather recommend them working at Krasdale, slave work, work 6 days a week and work till the jobs done, no such thing as leaving the time you are scheduled to and only getting paid $9.00 while others pay $12.00 and up, good job baldor reason y u guys don't have Union is so you guys can get rid of good employees

Ok. No parking at facility. You are not allow to stay , you had to come back at your appointment ..But you can park on the street.. I give 5 stars cause they have restrooms , cafeteria ,, they have free coffee And milk. Was told you can refill you thermo.. wait was not long , got a door rt away, waited a few hrs to get POD.. it was all good .. Don t mind coming here again ...My Driver meet the President of the company very nice gentleman .. very appreciative of our work.. I was very impress of this company ..

It has very good benefits and a lot of work, you can do over time, you have the opportunity to advance and grow in the company.

Drivers are great. Service sucks. If my company did not have a national contract with them I would dump them.

Unloading is not too bad, not the best but 2 to 3 hours. I hate the fact that they have plenty of space inside their facility but the make you wait on the Street.

Thank you Baldor Foods for keeping NYC area families fed during the quarantine. Baldor has recently shifted gears from a restaurant supplier to doing residential grocery deliveries. Order minimum is $250 and they sell in bulk. Team up with a neighbor, family or friend (remember to practice social distancing!) to combine an order and share bulk items. We've had 2 deliveries thus far & both were excellent. I had one issue and customer service replied promptly with complete satisfaction. Plan ahead - the ordering process/delivery is about a week in advance. Some items may be sold out, but you can usually find alternate options. Thank you Baldor team and to all of our essential workers and first responders! Don't forget to tip your Baldor drivers - the option to tip was not included in the ordering process so we had an envelope waiting upon delivery. Thank you!

Sucks I'm a truck driver and they won't unload at least for 3 hours after you are backed in a door.

There is a lawyer that is targeting this company and using them to scam people out of money. He's already been had his license suspended in PA and now he's pulling scams using this company and targeting my family.

Any union looking to be here please come with my group of 7 who works here , we need benefits! They treat there employees like garbage , they treat products and food like trash . They pick in food and drop food on floor alot and what do they do ? Put it back on your pallet. DONT BUY FOOD FROM THEM !

Baldor Specialty Foods in Chelsea, MA are NOT good neighbors. Since the company has moved to Chelsea, they have continually failed to clear the sidewalks around their building after a snowfall (Williams and Spruce, which includes a MBTA bus stop). This morning they cleared their parking lot, but have not cleared the surrounding sidewalks. All the other businesses in the area have removed the snow from both the sidewalks and parking lots.

Freshest products I have ever received from any distributor. They are by far #1 distributor in the tri-state.

I would never recommend this company to anyone base on the experience I had with chilly Sanchez worst experience ever, unprofessional, rude, just plain disrespectful.

Baldor doesn't fight for their own workers. That's why they always hiring. They fire you for the smallest thing and ask no questions. Non union job and no bonuses because they will always find something small for an excuse to not give you anything. There is no teamwork just everyone for themselves and hope you last. Down the street work at chef warehouse. Better work environment.

Baldor is a great resource for wholesale purchasing for events. They are easy to work with and the Beer team are experienced with handling the temporary beer and wine and caterer's permits we provide. Lars is the best!

Fabulous in my opinion. I put together a $200 minimum order to be delivered one day after I was to arrive in Long Island, NY and start a 2 week quarantine. As it turned out I had to cancel my flight and order. The truck inadvertently delivered yet Baldor had the groceries picked up and credited my charge, in full, without fuss. They have a wonderful selection and all the employees I spoke with were very attentive and professional. Baldor is now my go to for grocery delivery. Highly recommend them.

The drivers are RUDE. I have asked them a dozen times NOT to hit the tree in front house. They don't care even though there us a TON of room to park. Called the company..... nothing.

Chilly Sanchez is working hard to make this a better place. I have been delivering here for years and it has gotten much better than it was several months ago. Keep up the good work and don't get discouraged on the bad days. Thanks to all of the people making this a better place to work.

I've been using them for their home delivery service for about 4 weeks now. Have not had any issues. Fruits and veggies are extremely fresh. The meats are excellent. Their selection of all types of products is top notch. I wish more products were broken down smaller for the household, but for the most part I'm getting everything I want and am extremely happy with the products and delivery.

BROTHER IN-LAW WORKS THERE MANY YEARS. AN IS TREATED WITH A GREAT DEAL OF RESPECT FOR THE HARD WORK AN COMMITMENT TO THE COMPANY HE HAS GIVEN AN CONTINUES TO DO SO.

Called in got a woman who had no patience when I was asking her about potentially becoming a client. Very dismissive. Clear indication that and sign this is not the place to do business with.

Don t expect them to stick to your scheduled delivery day. Worst customer service - they do not make any attempt to correct their own errors. Awful! Order from chefs wearhouse instead!

Got there 2 hours before my appointment and they unload me quick no overnight parking but if you come after 12 am you can park outside and wait for your appointment

Arrive right at 6:00 which was my appointment time was given a door immediately and unloaded with paperwork in hand ready to go in less than 45 mins.

High quality food and good customer service. (The website is a bit slow.)

An absolute maniacal clusterf^$^%#^%# on every order. Damaged goods arrive. The accounts receivable dept. for my acct is an absolute joke. Days go by without receiving answers. I am slowly phasing them out of my vendors list as I shop for more reliable vendors with at least some modicum of care for their clients.

These guys are very good for unloading don't take too long.
And area is pretty much wider.
And Restrooms are clean too.

Baldorfood used to provide a reliable service before. Unfortunately, last a month the price changed. The same items you can buy at Whole Food with better price.
