I've been to a concert with a mate who's mobility disabled here at the stadium on a few occasions and the staff and systems here couldn't be better.

The understanding, passionate and well trained team really make this venue one of the best around.

Shockingly poor service today at the stadium. Upper tier bar had a wait time of 35 mins for a drink even though hundreds of seats on this level were empty. Bar staffed by people who were untrained and couldn t even change a barrel so if you didn t like dark fruits then tough, it was the ONLY drink available. The worst workflow I ve ever seen behind a bar, staff standing round, pumps unused and a huge queue. Grim.

I ve been to the stadium four times now and I ve always been in a different area. I m yet to be disappointed by the view I ve had, the stadium is laid out very well. I ve also been surprised at how quickly you can get in and through security, also the bar service is price slick. Well done to whoever organised all that.

We had a lovely day at the Stadium to see the Speedway. We used the Park and Ride East Cardiff and it was all efficient and easy both ways, just a bit of a queue at both ends but it was a fast moving queue. We found it easy to pick up our tickets for our event- though got there early at 1330. Went in the pub across the road for lunch and then went to the stadium. There was a bit of a queue for security checks. Inside was all good. We had a seat up high but had a great view. Speedway event was just fabulous and there was an outstanding firework display at the end. Leaving was easy. Toilets were good.

It is a cool stadium and is very well laid so getting to the bars and other facilities is easy and you are never queueing for long. I went during the rugby world cup therefore the roof was on. Everyone was telling me how amazing it would be however due to the layout of the seating and where I was sitting I found it no different to being in any other kind of stadium. You have to be right up front to enjoy the roof on atmosphere...

Great stadium & friendly staff but limited beverages. If you drink lager or Brains beer you'll be fine but if you're a cider drinker you're screwed. Just small bottles of Bulmer for the same price as a pint.

A great stadium for a great rugby team! Food is a bit limited inside the stadium, the drinks are okay. On match days they don t let you take any of your own drink in anyway. Flow in and out of the stadium was excellent, the one thing to watch for the queues for the railway station after any large game or concert.

Not really much to say, it's a stadium! Actually, entry is well organised, with plenty of security staff checking before going to the turnstiles, food is as you would expect, queues were never too excessive, note though that it is cashless (at least it was when I visited).

Due to some complications. Judgement Day has long been on my bucket list it heralded a 11 year absence from the Welsh home of rugby. The stadium is getting on for 20 years of age and it does not look it, thoroughly enjoyed.
