Room was dreadful. Leaking refrigator -->muggy smell. Light control not working. 3 star like. Hotel bar on top floor is the only thing which makes a 5 star impression to me.

A very nice hotel. Very well situated next to the amazing Icon mall. On the river with amazing views and free river shuttle to the bts at saphan taksin bridge

It was an awful experience. I ordered medium well and it was totally done i.e. extremely dry!! Making a mistake is okay, so we pointed it out and waitress Gai took it back to the kitchen. 25 minutes later when the other people finished their plates my steak was arriving. Now it was medium rare. I explained that u ordered medium well to the waitress and she said: "don't complain, we gave you 100 grams more". Totally unacceptable. She said the foreign chef resigned last month and now a Thai chef is in charge. Well that's not our problem.

-French fries very oily and old oil

I hope the management will use this review to improve, because the location is nice. It's not only that the food wasn't up to the standard, but the Thai mindset of the staff was also disappointing.

Ooh almost forgot: they poured sparkling water in my still water.

The quality of the beef was good, but the pork chops were tasteless.

For this amount of money you will definetly get something better. Shower didn't work, not enough light in the room. Simply not good enough for a 5 Star hotel.

This hotel is on the Thonburi side. People staying here will see the Chao Phraya River view. There is a Chinese restaurant named Yuan. Food is ok.

Luxury only. Dining table is a little less. Find a hard seat

Clean rooms, good location
Great pool, albeit well attended (of course also shows the popularity)
Breakfast with diamond status at the 31st floor also great together with the view! (Tip: turn left at the entrance into the 180 degree room!)

Rooftop bar recommendable and especially the jazz bar on the 32nd floor with the view at night I can only recommend to everyone!
(There was a 25% discount for hotel guests in the jazz bar)

Lovely friendly hotel on the river. Good food.plenty of it. Good location for everywhere! Am going back on the 11 Jan & shall return in future. Ideal position. Comfortable spacious rooms.

It can be accessed from the river or by land by taxi. Great views from the pool and rooftop

I was satisfied with the hotel facilities and every aspect, but people are nervous and unfriendly.

good service from welcoming to the last minute in all aspects: room service, housekeeping, including laundry

Rooms:

we had king bed room on the high floor with no smoking providing excellent view of the river and city
Bathroom and toilet are extremely clean and bright
King bed is large enough to accommodate 4 people
Lots of UK power points which is very handy

Restaurant - Main:

Very pleasant and lively restaurant
Serving A Al Carte and buffet lunch and dinner
Food portion is large so order wisely
Staff are pleasant and courteous

The Lantern Coffee shop:

next to the hotel ferry terminal, a coffee shop serving light bytes and coffee
Must try for location specifically for the riverfront
Staff: very courteous and friendly

Outside:

on the riverside on the left and right, there are couple of restaurant serves Thai food.
I will recommend the right for the taste, price and location
One on the left mainly serve pork based dishes and I am not fan of it but more costly

Clean room. Convenient as IconSiam is just beside. Free shuttle boat to Saphan Taksin station that allow you to hop on to any other places.

It is one of the hotels in Bangkok which is very high-class. When u check in, they will let u go to a lounge at the highest floor when the cleaners are still preparing the room for u.But, u actually can go to the lounge anytime u want as it is open for almost whole day.It serves super high-class western breakfast which is very nice, according to my experience and the rooms also really like 5-star.

Service is very bad. Unfriendly staff. Old rooms. Bad hotel. Doesn't deserve a star.

Unfortunately in our room 2 times the toilet was blocked, and only the second time we could change the room. The view is good and the in-house transport across the river is very convenient.

Overpromising, underdelivering, overpriced, pretentious, inflexible, privilege-driven, soulless, no Thai atmo anywhere. But a lot of uncaring tourists in ugly shorts and T-shirts.

This is a great hotel. It was delayed opening for a long time because of the construction problems.

I love it because it has a revolving restaurant on the top it looks like a UFO

It is on the other side of the river and the new Goldline BTS will serve it well.

Nice business like hotel, shuttle boat was a life saver saving 25 mins via car over the bridge.

We had a dinner buffet buffet at Millennium Hilton Bangkok.
There are two dining spaces, indoor and riverside garden, and there are 16 mini parties for outdoor seating.

The scenery was good and the food was delicious, especially hors d'oeuvres, which were plentiful and delicious.
However, the meat is hard and it brings me a meat knife immediately and the service is complete.

However, dissatisfaction as a Japanese was very hot even in the evening of the riverside, and the second half was cool in the lobby.
Even though it was a top-class hotel, there were no washlets, no cleaning paper, no warm air heaters on the toilet.

Decent rooms....but I suggest avoiding this place. It's not a typical Hilton or Marriott level hotel. Service quality is non existent.

This is the perfect place to be! Great hotel, excellent location, nice rooms, clean, incredible view, very rich breakfast for every taste, lunch and dinner at the hotel was great in a good price, easy access to tourist attractions with its own boat to take you to the main dock. Swimming pool nicely decorated giving you the impression that you are at the beach with a great view to the river. Staff service EXCELLENT! They helped us organising our excursions and shopping giving us advice on every thing we needed to know before visiting a place. This is definitely where we will stay next time in Bangkok. Thank you staff of Millennium Hilton Bangkok!

The place is pretty comfortable, but the room is small

Excellent hotel with a view, except the inconvenience

Very good seminar room Buffet lunch dishes are available in a variety of Thai, Western, Japanese menus.
The food menu is very sweet, both sticky rice.
The mango, pudding, ice cream, fruit, so much to say is not right.

Elegant, looks good, but on the outside, has a very heavy water smell (rainy season)

Either an exceptional 4 star hotel or barely a 5 star hotel.

The rooms are quite and the views are outstanding. Despite being well traveled the maintenance is outstanding.

There is a complimentary river ferry. And a fair supply of complimentary water.

Great pool but unfortunately with the expected 10x over priced beverage service. As with all the optional amenities.

Breakfast buffet is mostly American with some Japanese options and a few Indian veggie dishes.

My main gripe is the hotel is painfully understaffed. It took 20 minutes in line to check in and a 15 minute queue to check out.... And they were not even busy, just 2-3 people inline. There was no priority line for higher tier HHonors guests.

The boat shuttle is just perfect so you are really central. The breakfast buffet is great from the food to the service 5 stars. but unfortunately our room was really worn. Since we have promised more from a Hilton. More

Not happy with it. Very basic rooms and service very expensive. No free wi fi in a room. Have to pay extra for every little thing. In this price can definitely find something better.

What a place to stay in Bangkok. This was an official stay and service was amazing. Language barrier not felt at all.

I checked out the room at 11.00am. Realised that I left my lingerie during my flight home. Immediately informed the hotel at 6.00pm when I landed home. Very dissapointed nothing can be found even though informed them less than 24 hours.
Kindly check your room thoroughly when you check out. My 1st bad experience in losing my things and can't be find.

Terrible customer service. Flight wasn t available and was stuck in Phuket yet they didn t let me cancel my reservation and was charged 7000 tbh...Been a gold member with Hilton honours..where s the loyalty appreciation.

For the price, it's really worth it. An experience to repeat ...

There was a sense of luxury, it was great. I wanted to stay again. It is recommended.
